Comfort Suites Omaha East-Council Bluffs

I wasn't expecting much but definitely was hoping for more. The pool is not heated, couldn't have been more than 60 degrees. The hot tub had a weird film on top that stopped us from going in. The room was clean, beds decently comfy. Zero water pressure. Breakfast was mediocre, didn't eat it second day after trying it the first. Lots to do in the area, convenient location. For the price, I would chose a different place next time.

Check in was great,felt like she was very knowledgeable, helpful and efficient. Breakfast was good as well, normal buffet style. Gentleman in charge was helpful and friendly.Hot tub water was discolored like dirty and swimming pool does not appear to have a heater as it's very icy (literally like stepping in an early spring lake cold). The pool and hot tub were what had led me to pick this motel to start with. I think what I really disliked and was extremely upset over was my check out. Clerk was very friendly on check out and I was surprised when handed my receipt upon leaving my keys at the desk.I couldn't read it as I didn't have my reading glasses on as I didn't expect a receipt from them. I thought it would be billed thru Travelocity. After I got to my car and on the road I looked at the receipt which was only for my dogs stay. I looked at my Travelocity from my email which I found out that the bill would come directly from the motel instead. I decided to then go to look at my bank statements and discovered the normal $100 extra which is added to bill for incidentals that is then returned after stay is done. The real surprise was that bank statement showed 4 seperate extra charges of $100 each billed to me as well. I called right away and talked to clerk who said it would be removed. I really hope that's correct as I'm not used to a total of an extra $500 being taken from my account. In this case I'm not sure if it's worth a second visit.

Did not have many food options for breakfast. Great dog walking space but no bags available. Nice hot tub/pool. An employee car blocked the sidewalk/walkway for entire time I was there, so you had to walk through rocks to get in hotel in frigid temps.

Quiet modern clean

Stay was good. Room was very nice. Breakfast was so so. On til 9a.m. but by 8:45 everything was being cleaned up and taken away. Still i would recommend as very nice for the price.

No vending machine and ice only located on first floor. Room was good and slept well. Check in was ok. Didn't really explain anything except for wifi password. 6

Everything was great, water pressure in the shower was nonexistent in room 208 unfortunately.

The property was in a great location for what we were doing. the Pool and hottub needs some improvement and the water was very cold in the pool couldn't enjoy it.

They tried to charge us with a $250 smoking fee and a $75 pet fee. There was "cigarettes laying on the table when the maid cleaned". My friend always went outside to smoke. THERE WAS A SUPRISE FEE OF $250 PUT ON OUR CREDIT CARD, ANY WAS NEVER TOLD ABOUT A FEE FOR POSSESTION OF CIGARETTES. WE WILL BE REFUSING TO PAY. The pet is a ESA support dog 5#'s, house trained, 3y old, never barks. Never heard of being chared for a support animal ANYWHERE. We were never told there would be an extra fee when we CHECKED in. IT WAS A SUPRISE FEE PUT ON OUR CREDIT CARD. I WILL BE REFUSING TO PAY.

My husband and I could not have been more happy spending our honeymoon anywhere else. Our room was immaculate, the service and hospitality five stars all the way. Richard in the breakfast room is an amazing man to talk to. We loved his conversations. They went as far as to let us use the hot tub after hours from 2 o’clock in the morning to 5 o’clock in the morning on the last night of our honeymoon. Like if you’re looking for a good place to stay this hotel is it. Already planning a stay for our daughter’s birthday.

You should consider putting your towels in the restroom instead of by the sink, I had to step out naked in front of my friend to get a towel, very embarrassing. Other than that it was a good stay.

Beds suck!!!! Left us itching although didn’t see any bugs. Doors slamming all night. Will not stay here again. Didn’t try breakfast just wanted to get out of there

THERE was a mouse running across the bed and i had to ask for another room because i knew a refund would be impossible, the desk guy just kind of laughed at the situation ! This was not a scared mouse this was a long time resident of the room as it sat on the bed and looked around at us from the pillow on the bed, Nasty to walk in to with a late check in !!, we did get another room and all was ok after that but it makes you wonder ??

Standard hotel. Nice hot tub. Staff friendliness could be better

The hotel itself was excellent but the service was a problem. Check in took far too long and on checkout the desk clerk lied to me. I enquirer about extending my stay and he said I could but had to book extra night through Hotels.com. I agreed because he said we could stay in our room. After booking the non refundable second night he said o had to pay extra or get a lower room.

It's a budget hotel, so if course it could use some fresh paint and updating, but it was very clean, the staff was super friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was great!
