Well, I only stay in Hilton properties, and this property had the worse service I have ever experienced. I believe Conrad Hilton would be as disappointed as I am with the stay. I’ll always choose a Hilton property, just not this one again.

There is a light in the bathroom we couldn't turn off no matter what. We contacted the staff through different methods but nobody ever showed up.

They downgraded our room from a one bedroom suite to a standard room with no compensation!! We had to pay the price of the suite we didn’t get.

The hotel is large, pretty, and clean. Some of the staff are helpful and polite. The restaurants are ok but overpriced.
We arrived at 10:30 pm, and couldn't find a restaurant that was still open and serving, and ended up getting breakfast at the "buns out" place in the casino. I have a beef with the "no cash" policy throughout the hotel. I resented having to swipe a card and run up my credit card all weekend. Ofcourse we got home and paid it off. but I resented not being able to pay for anything with cash. $3.00 cough drops on my card, a cup of coffee on my card. Also ,the water temp in our shower fluctuated constantly, leaving us getting moments of cold shower and bursts of burning water. Except for that, our room was great.

Spent Thanksgiving at this property. It was laid back for Vegas due to the holiday. Check in was quick but did not get an upper floor as requested. With my One Key level I was suppose to get a $25 drink credit which never showed on my bill.
Overall it was a comfortable room with an ok view of the strip. Was not worth the upgrade.

Staying at Conrad Las Vegas is like meeting your spouse for the first time--absolutely breathtaking. The beauty, sophistication, and spaciousness blow you away, leaving you in awe. But once the honeymoon phase wears off, you start to notice the quirks: the carpet feels a little rough, the bedsheets are more "meh" than marvelous, and the overall vibe leans more on cosmetic appeal--maybe because the hotel is still new.
I can't help but imagine that in a few years, the rooms might start showing signs of wear and tear, which could take away from the initial charm. So, would I come back? Maybe.
That said, let's ignore all my nitpicking for a moment and talk about their shopping and gaming areas--absolutely fantastic! Bright, clean, spacious, with a modern twist on luxury. It's like the perfect in-laws: always impressive, no complaints.
