It was my first time in New York it was great for me

Very accessible to subway station, great staff, parking was amazing.

Decent for cheap lodging. Everything was in good condition. The subway passed right outside our window even through the night, but it was bearable with the windows closed tightly.

The walls were too thin

It was very clean but a bit cold in the room. The blankets provided weren’t enough to keep warm. Other than that the service from the front desk staff was great as well.

Expensive for nothing. Too much noise made by the maintainers at bedtime. When the train passes it's infernal.

The parking was not available even though advertised it is. Hotel is old and musty. You get what you pay for. Also late night there is prostitution on the corner and they offer short stay.

I can not parking on site. Because your hotel is under consutrution. Very big suprise.

The property did not have secure off street parking, the non smoking room reeked of cigarettes, the carpet was dirty, ceiling had been patched but not repainted, the train noise kept us up all night, need I go on. We left just before 5am.

Very good experience for the price

Staff was very accommodating and welcoming.

The hotel is not bad, just to spend one night, but the area around the hotel is terrible, the train passes in front, there is a lot of noise and it is unsafe, the entrance to the parking lot is too small, a large car cannot pass through there.

fingerprints, hand smears, finger swipes, initials carvings, dried sexual fluid all over the headboard. sexual fluids dried on dressers, cabinet, and even the mirror on the wall. extremely dusty, caked on, the dust looked like snow - on the room doorknob, lamp cords, desk, tv, cabinet top, on top of all the lightbulbs. broken lampshade. hair on the shower wall. foul smell in the bathroom. ironing board had black and brown stains. iron was covered in dust with moldy water in it. towels had unidentifiable stains on them. sink was clogged. shower head clogged with lime and mold. i could keep going...

A pleasant surprise, after first seeing its nondescript exterior. My room was small but comfortable, and the hotel is just a few blocks from the 111th Street station of the 7 train. Nearby food options are no great shakes. Close to Citi Field and the old world's fair buildings. Also close is the wonderful Louis Armstrong House Mueseum - a place everyone should visit.
