The pool in the hotel was down, but was able to go to the pool at the hotel next door. They had cookies baked and breakfast was great! Def will be staying here when we come back!

It was close to downtown Boone and was perfect for a few nights stay. The beds were comfortable and the shower had plenty of room.

This hotel is not at all worth the money charged. We stayed only one night thank goodness. The air conditioning was broken, either sweaty hot or freezing cold. The fridge was barely cold. The pull out sofa bed had only the fitted sheet and no sheets, pillows or blankets in the room. There was a huge wet spot on the floor. The furniture was all stained and I would be surprised if the room had been cleaned before we checked in. The shower was filthy, thank goodness we didn't have to use it. You can get a way nicer room for what we paid to stay here. Lesson learned.

The staff was mainly friendly. The room was disgusting. Carpet stains of food and who knows what else, old food behind the microwave hutch. Headboards had a mysterious white substance. The bathroom sink still had ketchup on it from the previous renters and hair in the tub. We were so exhausted that switching hotels at that point was going to be too complicated. For the price of the room, I'm very disappointed.

We were on the highway side of the motel with noisly traffic. The room was clean and the heat easy to control and quiet. Breakfast was limited but good. Would stay again. For some reason, I was charged $5.00 more than the quoted price.

Front side of property is loud from traffic; sounds like windows are open when they are shut.
Parking lot completely full especially with work trucks and semis taking up multiple spaces. People are forced to park in firelanes.
Checked in, but my jacuzzi room was "unavailable". They gave me a non jacuzzi room but charged me the same price. The door to this room would not open. Front desk gave me new keys, tried them but door still stuck shut, lock functioned but door physically would bot open, back to front desk where i was given a disability accessible room on the front side of the building. Hard to sleep due to traffic outside and thin walls and ceilings so you can hear work crews up late and getting up super early.

The room was DIRTY. Mold in shower and bathroom, ants on dressers, burned out lights, dirty socks from a previous visitor and the carpet was filthy. It obviously hasnt been deep cleaned in a very long time.

This property has become our go to place to stay in the Boone, NC area as this was our 6th visit in the past 2 years. The property is well maintained no matter what season of the year ( have stayed there with snow and ice). The staff is always friendly and welcoming.

Close parking and easy to get to rooms as they have elevator. Continental breakfast was very nice. Very convenient to highways and gas stations. All around a good place to stay and the prices were reasonable.

Pleased to have been able to book online-- it was at full capacity for the evening. Not pleased by no hair dryer in the room-- called for one and was offered additional towels. Mentioned lack on check out, and desk associate showed me multiple new-in-box hairdryers stored in the cabinet directly behind the front desk-- pretty peeved.

Maintenance man tried to come in the room while two young (25 yr olds) females were asleep. Toilet wouldn’t work and no one cared or let us know when maintenance was coming.
Stains on the floor, smell of mold in the room, had to wait 45 minutes to an hour to check in because no one was prepared. Staff was rude and we were locked out of our room on a 2 night stay. We ended up leaving and moving to another hotel it was so bad.
