Stay was great.

Upon arrival I was notified that my reservation was cancelled and I had to use a different card. My original price was changed and I was charged an additional $90 a night. This didn’t make any sense to me because I checked in mobility to secure my room. We were put wayyyy in the back of the hotel around 2 corners which had about 7 rooms on each side. The room was FILTHYYYYYYY. I have added photos. It was unmissable as soon as we walked in. Dirty sheets, stains on the carpet and dirt and marks on the bed skirt it was disgusting!!!! The entire building is severely outdated. Our room had mostly wood and it was big chips and chunks missing from the dresser, bathroom mirror as well at the bed frame falling apart! There were water stains leaking from the ceiling. The bathroom was missing the body wash so we weren’t provided with soap (luckily I was smart enough to pack some) And lastly the neighbors! The places us next to about 100 cheerleaders. And it wouldn’t have been a problem if they weren’t doing CHEERS IN THE HALLWAYS AT 1am as if this is a college dorm! It was so horrifying! The experience was terrible and the staff lacked professionalism. There was a middle aged feminine African American male working the main station, I don’t remember his name, but he was sooo unprofessional yelling at customers, rolling his eyes, walking back and forth instead of helping people check in. If I could give this place a negative it would be negative infinity.

My room was very spacious, but the coffee maker was missing the filter cup. I asked for a replacement and also coffee, and never got it. There was only shampoo and conditioner. I asked for body wash or a bar of soap, and did not receive it. I ended up going to the front desk and they gave me body wash.

I didn't like that Breakfast was included but you get a $10 voucher, $10 hardly covers a coffee ....not proper advertising, hotel is dated but convienent

Rooms were okay not super clean, staff was subpar not fantastic. valet parking was pricey and only option.

Close to Clemson University, bit away from all the traffic

We were notified via email during check-in that we had been moved to a different hotel. We booked the hotel earlier, but at that time, we were not informed of any such changes. We specifically booked for a hotel near the exhibition venue for business purposes, but we were relocated to a hotel 30 minutes away. There has been no follow-up action, and we are really disappointed to hotels.com & the hotel.

I was here for work. There were no other hotels available. There are charges on my card even though I paid in advance that have not been refunded and no one answers the phone. The entire thing feels like a scam and when I got in touch with the Expedia number, they were unable to help me. I needed to adjust the dates and did a group chat with Expedia as well and Was told that things were being handled. This has been a horrible experience and the worst part was that the hotel was dirty overbooked, and did not have the staff necessary to even answer the phone.

The pictures posted online of this hotel are somewhat misleading, i.e., it looks much nicer than it actually is. The hotel seems quite outdated, as if things haven't been updated for decades. Elevator buttons weren't working, my room was minimally furnished and decorated (and not very pleasantly, at that), and room service didn't come the entirety of our stay. At one point I opted to place my garbage in the hallway to ensure it was taken out, which thankfully it was. Friends of mine had to request extra blankets due to how cold the hotel was, ultimately having to connect with the front desk in person due to their lack of response. Thermostats were set at unreasonably high temperatures just to make the rooms feel moderately comfortable. I wouldn't choose this hotel again unless I had to, e.g., if a conference I was attending chose it.

The main reason for rating the hotel as “ok” is that the room had an unpleasant odor, as if perhaps it had once been a smoking room. In addition the rooms are a little “tired” and small and the valet parking was $50 a night and it did not seem like there was another acceptable option. On the plus side, the bed was comfortable and the location was very good - close to Peachtree Center. Staff were nice and pleasant
