I stayed for two nights, however after the first I was called as cleaning service said I left items in the room not realizing I was staying a second night. There was a lot of kids and adults loud and running around until midnight. Two alarms went off between 3-6 in the morning in a nearby building or car. Not a very comfortable or well rested weekend.

Beds are horrible and you are charged a daily parking fee. And no free continental breakfast.

The room was nice but the walls are paper thin so you can hear ppl talking and the doors slamming when ppl leave their room. The bed was comfortable but the pillows are way too soft for my liking. I need a little firmness, my head wasnt even propped up with these. Head just touched the bed when you lay on it.

Did not expect to have to pay for parking. Great food choices in the area.

The bathtub was dirty. That’s our only complaint. The balcony was a plus. The ladies making coffee and breakfast were lovely. The whole staff was excellent. Only complaint was dirty bathtub

Bathroom is not great if you attempt to open door it slams into the toilet. Room was fine, TV was not good. ALl in All decent place to stay

I would have liked a continental breakfast included

The property was well maintained. The beds were comfortable and there was a nice lobby and sitting area. Unfortunately you have a daily fee to park your car.

It’s clean, comfortable, updated, and friendly staff. The only thing is there’s no complimentary breakfast and no free parking for the price of the room.

Ok,coffee maker didn't, work hook on bathroom door broke,no conditioner,did have time to call front desk to fix it,had to get on our way, it was clean,would not stay there again

I came to the hotel on the early evening. The lobby was bustling so not at an odd hour. “We will be right back” sign at the desk. Fine. So I wait. And wait. And 15-20 minutes of waiting someone finally comes to the desk. Pro-tip—cross train your personnel. The front desk should never be unattended. I go to my room. No lotion provided. There are things I don’t pack because rely on the hotel to provide. When has lotion not been part of the amenities?! The shower had black mold along the edge of the shower door on the inside. It happens, I know. So address it with some mildew spray. Room size was fine. AC unit is the old school one that makes a lot of noise turning on and off but the room was sufficiently cool so it did what it was supposed to do. I went to the gym. No towels, no wipes. I was at this hotel recently and they at that visit no towels, no wipes. So there is two weeks of sweat and grime on the machines that was apparent so I let the front desk know. This was unacceptable. I will not be staying here again when there are better hotels for a few dollars more.

Very nice, cozy room, comfortable bed.

The Marriott Courtyard is my favorite hotel in the Worcester area. It has parking, is in a convenient location, and has a bistro that serves breakfast and a light supper. You can also stop there for an after dinner drink.
