Visited NY with friends. We arrived a little before check in and were given access to our rooms promptly. Skye checked us in and she was truly a delight - and was very pleasant to interact with for the duration of our stay.
The rooms were nice. Very big for NYC - a little worn in certain respects, rooms could use a little updating, but they were totally adequate for what we needed. Everything functioned as needed and was comfortable. I used the gym and it was nice and had everything I needed as well. Located right at 3rd and 53rd, so the location is great, and particularly quiet on weekends. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we checked in we were greeted with pleasant and enthusiastic staff. They allowed us to check in early since our room was ready. They helped with area suggestions and arranged a car service to pick us up at check to bring us to the airport.

Good & friendly staff.
Unfortunately there was no cable TV during my stay. It was not good at all because I missed both the men’s semifinal and the women’s final of the Australian Open. Honestly, this was ridiculous. We are in 2025 and it seemed to me we were in the stone age.

All of the staff members were very pleasant, especially Holley . The rooms have great views of the city and are a decent size for the price you pay . Several “tourist “ spots are within walkable distance of the hotel . I’ve been to NYC twice and this is my go to hotel 🙂

This was my second time staying here. The location is perfect because it's central to everything, but the best part is the rooms are very large, over 400 ft.² which is very hard to find in New York City. Being that it's me and my two adult daughters with two pieces of luggage each, we need that extra space. Most hotel rooms in New York are less than 300 ft.² or sometimes even less than 200 ft.², this hotel is perfect because of the room size and the location. It doesn't have the same amenities of some other hotels like a big lobby with a bar or anything like that but it does have a small little coffee breakfast area on the 12th floor. But there's plenty of places to grab food all around the hotel because of the perfect location. It also had a small refrigerator and a microwave in the room. Decent view too. The price is super for all this as well! Will definitely be back again.
