Best Hotel In Orlando Had A Very Good Time Will Be Back

I don't know who has put together the management for this hotel but you might want to rethink it and start over. Chicken was a nightmare.The young lady was very rude.Not helpful in any way. Could not. Answer the simplest question. Spoke extremely fast. There were not enough handicap.Ped parking spots 42 narrow. Where? There should be handicap parking.There's valet parking We will never stay here again and we stay at some of the best hotels.We're past holders at these parks. We spent lots of money in hotels.This was a disappointment beautiful hotel, though.Don't get me wrong beautiful hotel. Customer service horrible.

Absolutely loved the hotel. Close to what we wanted, staff was so helpful and kind. Just one thing I would change and that is to have streaming services available on all tvs to watch movies or other showes not on cable,

I stayed at the Landy during my son’s spring break. We had a comfortable stay it was nice, quiet, and very cozy! The hotel staff was amazing with the slight inconvenience of not having hot water for the first day of our stay. I would recommend the landy and I would stay again.

I enjoyed my stay! The hotel is renovated and has plenty to do. I loved the pool and hot tub as well as the patio area downstairs. My room hwoever, did not have working air conditioning and had a clogged drain.

We were told at check-in that the hotel gad no hot water. We were not notified before arriving to make other accommodations, they had known of the water issue a few days earlier.

Close to attractions and shopping. Clean and staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Loved that the amenities are 24/7 hard to find a place where the pool is open late

The staff was nice. The rooms were clean.

Construction around the area, but still able to get around, most of everything is walking distance. Staff friendly, easy check in & out. Would of liked the hotel store to be bigger and more in view of front lobby, ( was in the corner hiding) a bit small. Room was nice size, clean & comfortable bed. No microwave.

No hot water. I had to cancel

The property was lovely! It was confidently located near universal studios, fun spot, icon park, and more. It’s family friendly with a beautiful view and the staff was great. I highly recommended

Hotel Landy was absolutely amazing in their guest services. Everyone was so kind and always answered our questions. They were transparent when we checked in and offered us choices to resolve a small issue with the hot water before we even entered our room. The hotel itself was very nice, the beds were comfortable, reusable water bottles were provided in the room , the outdoor area, pool and hot tub were perfect ! Food was delicious too ! We will definitely be back ! Thank you Hotel Landy for everything !

Unfortunately its around a construction area at the time of visit

My hotel stay was beyond great. The hotel accommodated my early arrival with a complimentary early check in & my son was greeted with milk & cookies for his birthday. My entire stay staff members checked to make sure everything was going well. The pool area is nice with chairs, cabanas & umbrellas. I absolutely loved the “Liquid Sunshine” food truck & the great customer service. The lobby area is nice & it has a Starbucks for the coffee lovers. There’s a store (alcohol) at the end of the block & a gas station across from the store. Universal & Fun Spot is nearby & the hotel offers free shuttle service to Universal Studios. I would definitely come back & also recommend to others.

Super helpful staff in difficult situation. Really good customer service, even though obviously stressful. Hotel itself is a little tired and some decoration improvement needed
