This was a very relaxing stay, especially with the spa available nearby. We stayed five days and had wine nights on the patio with our friends and looked forward to using the hot tub, steam room and pools. I could easily walk from our room to the outdoor pool area and enjoyed sitting in the shade on a lounge chair by the water. Would love to do it all over again.

Lobby area was beautiful, very welcoming and cozy with large fire place and bar and sitting area. Restaurant food and drink very good. Room was clean and well appointed. Room temp was nice considering it was chilly out. Good location, close to Biltmore estate nd other venues. Would stay again

Still feeling the effects, after Hurricane Helena, the hotel was doing well to adjust, to business, with the still imposed "Water restriction" and "Displaced local families". All the staff members displayed very positive attitudes and were always helpful.
The breakfast staff was very friendly and sociable. When asked about they were doing, they would share, all the while still trying to be positive and very professional.

Hotel had no electricity had no water. I did get a confirmation the morning of our stay. Confirming our reservation. I would like again to know what the status is of my refund of over $400.

The hotel is dated and the smell of smoke was very strong on the wing I stayed in as well as in the room. It wasn’t so bad that I canceled, but I think if I return to the area I will stay somewhere else.

Property is dated, doors are in bad shape with bad patio door locks coming out of the wall- things are spread out with poor sinage on amentias etc. Servers were good (but aggressive at buffet breakfast). Phones in rooms did not work, should remove if broken. No service to rooms, and patios need power wash. Would have been nice to get welcome email with overview of ammenties before stay

Property was nice-the rooms could use some help-like microwave, exhaust fan in bathroom so fire alarm doesn’t get activated when u take a shower, and better internet
