When i went to my room there was no toilet paper holder and the tv didn't work. When i called i was told how to fix the tv but that didn't work. Eventually i was moved to another room, but that shouldn't have had to happen

The beds was very low quality and had bed bugs. I itched and scratched all night. The hallway smelled like marijuana. I seen roaches. The person next door kept beating on the wall yelling to cut the TV sound down they live there. Very disrespectful and inconsiderate to me as a guest. I'm very disappointed in this hotel and the complete stay.

The Days Inn was absolutely disgusting. The minute we walked in to the hotel we had a feeling the room was going to be nasty. The entire lobby and sitting area were dirty. Upon entering the room, my wife immediately saw a roach. The floor of the shower had rust stains all over it and the rest of the shower did not have a good clean. The floor was dirty and there was a BLOOD STAIN on one of the pillows. We cut our stay short and went to Holiday Inn Express. Expedia said that I would get a full refund for Days Inn. However, I have not gotten it yet. It has only been a couple of days since the incident, though.
