Linens and room were clean. Found a couple of cockroaches in the bathroom the next morning.

The property and the rooms are in poor condition. The pictures shown on the hotel site don't remotely relate to the reality. Don't stay here

Overall, the front desk check in experience was great and friendly. The issue is that the room condition was outdated. Early in the morning before checking out, I was woken up with someone from the cleaning crew excessively banging, and what I am assuming cleaning the ac vent outside of the room. No consideration towards the guests still sleeping. the room I was provided is a connected room to the next one. I though it would not be an issue since I did not hear any loud noise from my neighbor, but that soon changes later in the evening, as I could hear their conversations loudly.

The staff and services were excellent. Very clean. But some property conditions are not that good. Roaches…. the staff provided me with the spray so it was ok though… otherwise I liked the place and location - close to the subway and shopping. It includes breakfast too, pretty descent breakfast. For the price you pay it is probably the best choice in the area.

Roaches was everywhere even the beds. Had to switch rooms. It was slightly better after switching but overall the hotel is nasty. The refrigerator wasn’t working either. It’s definitely not like any other days inn I’ve stayed in.

The elevator was broken and there are 3 floors of rooms. The ad for the room said 2 queen beds and they were full size. There were bugs in the room and I was bitten. Moved to a better room with a larger bed but it wasnt good overall. The signal on the tv was very weak so there was always a bad picture. The neighborhood itself seemed a bit iffy. The free breakfast had only toast, cereal or oatmeal and only coffee or juice. This was just one hotel we stayed at on a two week road trip. Today I will be going to an urgent care because of my reaction to whatever bit me at that hotel. The front desk assured me they didnt have bed bugs but I will never stay there again. Bed bugs or not we shouldn't see bugs literally running on the furniture.

The property was very run down. Carpets, furniture, sidewalks were all severely stained. Everything in the room was extremely dated and holes in the walls. To many bugs to be acceptable. Elevator was out so had to carry heavy bags up the stairs - even after supposedly prearranging ground floor close to the office. The clerk checking me in held me up even though very late - told me he gave up my room to the person that had been in the room I ultimately was given. Breakfast was very limited. No clerk when I checked out and no drop box for the key cards.
