The room was clean, bed was comfortable. This was positive.
The wifi was ridiculously bad, and the neighbors were drinking, smoking weed, and loud talking all night. They were also driving in and out of the parking lot in a very noisy pick up truck.
As a result, my room smelled like weed and alcohol and it was difficult to sleep due to noise.

Arrived after 3pm and when asked if the room was ready, we were told they are but if we wanted to check in right away, we’d have to pay $20 for early check in which less than an hour to go. I work in the hotel front desk myself, this is not good customer service.

What a great stay! Stayed here while on a business trip for 2 nights and have no complaints. Everything worked as it should and no spec of dust was found. The people in the office were so helpful when I needed anything at all.
The only thing I would have liked to see but could easily live without was a guide book that other hotels may have like hours of the pool and breakfast, local stores, food, libraries, etc. but obviously that didn’t change my stay quality. 10/10 recommend

We appreciated the cleaniness of the property. The staff was friendly but you had to ask about pool, where to park, and bkft.
Didn't like the fire alarm at 5 am. And the noise surrounding the property like voice outside.

The room was fine for a quick overnight stay. We got there late and were up early to leave. Otherwise, it was not the nicest room. I wore socks and they were dirty from walking on the floor. The beds were fairly comfortable. The room in general was patched up and unfinished in places.
