Days Inn by Wyndham Charleston WV

wonderful stay i had here. clean room and awesome front desk people.

For the price, it was a very good option for us as we needed 7 hours of sleep and we on the road again. The staff was kind and helpful. It is an older property and is OK in my opinion.

Some of the linens have stains, the chair in the room wasnt cleaned, the parking lot had a lot of ice, toilet didnt flush right, some corners of the floor still had dirt. Standard for a 2-star hotel.

Kept well and clean. It was cold. There was a strong smell of marajuana in the enclosed stairway

Thomas as friendly and took care of our checking quickly. The young lady in the breakfast room was caring and even wished ‘safe travels’. This is refreshing and beyond her duties. I appreciated that very much. Wish that I would know her name. Our room was clean and had expected amenities. There was just a snow storm so the parking had ice boulders and was covered making it difficult to know where curbs were, but we still made it pretty easily.

Roach in sink and dead flies on the floor in the bathroom.

For the price, you couldn't have asked for a better room. It was clean and comfortable.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, quiet. The only bad aspect was the snowy TV that Kept freezing up. Disc eucks compared to cable.

Roaches, lots and lots of roaches. Drain flies and other bugs I couldn`t identify. My room pass card had to be recharged every day even though I paid in advance for a week's stay and no possibility of sleep due to other guests throwing a rager every night. There was no parking close to your room, my car was broken into. All spaces in front were handicapped until one day all the partiers suddenly decided they could park there. The front desk clerk put her boyfriend in the room next to mine and he was up at around 6:00 am. screaming into his phone while sitting in the open doorway of his room, about 10 feet from my bed, asking him to hold it down, he didn`t. All in all the worst time I have ever spent in a motel. Please read this and decide to stay elsewhere. Roaches, roaches, roaches.

This location is simply not the best in the world, but it was OK for the price.

Super soft bed which is the best reason to stay. Very loud and the smoke detector blinked like a lighthouse. Has to put a heavy object in front of the door because there was a big gap at the bottom.

Roaches! This is terrible. I do not want to stay here again, unless the roach problem is taken care of!

They were not really much to like about the property The floors were nice. bad location didn’t look well cap like a hotel should look. Spider whips were in the lamps. The headboard was real dusty. The sheets had dirt or something left on them
