The property was antiquated but clean. Staff was friendly & responsive. The bed wasn’t comfortable, the pillows were feather & would flatten out after a few minutes of laying on it. The bed linen was basic- low thread count sheets & flimsy blanket. It was also noisy from the ac unit

The hotel site said the base was walking distance however it is on a highway there’s absolutely no sidewalks how can they say it’s walking distance. That was the reason I chose that location for the walking distance. It was my first time in Chicago my bad for not getting more information before I went. But misleading none the less.

If you looking to be close to the RTC for the Navy Graduation I would stay here. It’s convenient, very close and quiet. Most of the guess are there for the graduation so you get to meet other families. Highly recommend this stay.

We stayed here for Navy Boot Camp Pass-In-Review. They were very friendly and helpful. Check-in was a breeze! Nice little breakfast in the morning. Bagels, eggs, tater tots, muffins, fruit, pancakes and coffee. Very clean!!

The stay was fair. The bed was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was awful and food runs out quickly. They told me a 3rd party brings the food and when it’s gone it’s gone! The staff was friendly. It’s been updated but still feels older. Very close to the navy base. I could hear everything people were saying in the hallway and in the adjoining room. No privacy if you have an adjoining room.

We have reservations at this property in October. We WILL NOT be staying here. The room had a very bad odor. The toilet had dried poop on the lid and by the handle. It was disgusting. There was a distinct odor of cigarettes 2 or 3 times duting the night. Also disgusting. Twice during the night there was thumping over and over like from music that woke us up. After reserving and paying $200 online we were told at check in we had to pay a $50 deposit in case we soiled the towels or linens. Ive yet to see this credited back to my card.

They advertise a double room king as having a jacuzzi but this is not true. I arrived on scene and had to pay an additional $40 for room. Then the room they assigned me only had two tv channels. Not to mention the jacuzzi jets did not even work in the room we stayed in. So, I basically just paid them double for a regular room. Not good business.

Our room was spotless. The basin was slow to drain and that was remedied quickly by staff. Staff was friendly and the breakfast food was fresh.
