The staff was very rude

They have greatly improved this hotel.

Bedding had stains, pillows were awful (really small). Room was clean.

I wasn't informed until checking in that they did not have hot water. I waited over 24 hours for hot water to take a shower and a hotel room I had paid for. I had things to do so I ended up having to shower at a family member's house. The pool has a nasty mold floating in it and it is about 6 in too low because the water has evaporated so bad and then there is mold or the evaporation is occurred. I didn't even say the whole night but I had broke and I still have not been reimbursed for that money for those nights for my deposit and I left the room clearer than it was before I got there. I will never again stay at that property it was mold everywhere none of the floors have been swept or mopped in who knows how long. Its like a rundown motel with a fresh coat of paint. Very disappointed in the booking for this trip.

Convenient on/off I88. Great, friendly staff! Walmart next door and great dining choices. Nice, clean rooms with a Huge TV! Great price, too👍Didn't take advantage of the pool, but as hotel pools go, it's big! Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was terrible not tasty at all, after we started to eat food around 6:30am the leady hide butter and jam from us. The rooms was really old and bathrooms dirty. They also upcharge 50$ for each night with dog.

Just an okay hotel. Staff were nice but it took probably 15 minutes to check in. There was a bug in our room and the bathtub was gross. We also had a defective lamp that kept flickering even after changing the bulb which is probably a fire hazard. The pool was ice cold. We were also in a room with a seating area right outside it and the light kept my son up all night. There were also drunk people pounding on our door at 11:30 at night so I don’t think the quiet hours are enforced. Breakfast was average. Would stay again in a pinch if I had to but would look at other options first.

Breakfast options were varry lumited. Needed to pay a $20 reserve fee against possible theft or damages. No one at the front desk at check out.

It was nice

We were in town for a funeral and had several rooms. Staff were very pleasant and patient with the kids that had so much energy. Pool area was great for swimming and those that didn't swim still had a place to sit and visit. Bathtub/showers need updating but water pressure and temp were fine. Overall the stay was good and we will return.

Staff were wonderful. Pool was clean and kids loved it. Breakfast had variety for all. Had fresh towels, beds made, and garbage emptied each day - didn't have to ask for this! Bathtub/showers may need an update but, due to everything else we would stay again.

As soon as I opened the door to the room I smelled mold. Found mold on the carpet, lamp shade among other places. I could even stay in the room it smelled so bad. Then the next day they called me & said they were charging $300 for smoking in the room. I don’t smoke & didn’t even stay in the room.

Bathroom had a 2-3 in. pothole in center of doorway entry. Bathroom sink had visible gunk in the drain. There were spots of something on the bathroom floor that would need to be scraped to remove. The telephone had a visible tan layer of dust that wiped away with a finger around the keys. It took persistent trial and error to figure out how to tune the TV. The breakfast room this morning had no batter for waffles or pancakes, though irons for cooking these were there; 4 slices of bread for toasting, all of which were very dried out; the eggs, sausage and sausage gravy were not very good; and there was no sign of kitchen help. In all fairness though, we did not mention any of that to desk personnel, and they were very pleasant and prompt in all things that we did ask for.

T.V did not work. Not enough towels or bathroom accessories. Was nervous about safety when doors that requried a key were propped open.

The staff was nice, the breakfast good. When I walked into my room it smelled musty, the paid was chipping off the bathroom door, the carpet was stained, and the bathroom fixtures were rusty. It was hard to turn on the faucet in the tub and I had black flying bugs in my bathroom all days of my stay. The staff was amazing, but the hotel just needs to be updated/refreshed.

The man at the front desk was very nice. The 2nd day, we came down for breakfast a few minutes after 9AM following a family wedding the night prior, and the lady working the front desk came into the kitchen area behind us, closed one of the doors and started turning off all of the warmers, etc. It seemed she was shutting down. I apologized and said I didn't realize we had missed breakfast hours. We would just grab some things for my husband and daughter, who were still sleeping upstairs. I quickly sent my son up to wake them so that they could eat. The employee came around again and asked if everyone was done, so again I got the feeling that we were imposing, and needed to hurry up. We arrived back in our room a little before 10AM, and I double checked guest info binder. Sure enough, breakfast was supposed to be served until 10AM on this day, so I'm not sure what the hurry was. The breakfast both days was just ok. Toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, yogurt, coffee, juice and water. There was a "cheerios" dispenser, but the cereal was stale. The bathrooms were dirty, backed up tub drains, stained linens, etc. Hot water ran out when my husband was showering in the afternoon. The pool was cold with a dingey ring around it, and no chlorine smell. There were multiple plain white busses in the lot each afternoon, and many people sitting in the corridors at all hours. No one caused any issues, but it was uncomfortable traveling with young children.
