There was a lotería of noise upstairs

Terrible stay will never come back again.

Staff wa friendly and it looked as if there were recent renovations. However, the couch in the room was dirty and worn out - it looked like a trash item from the side of the road. The room phone was inoperable.

Overall fine. Getting to it is a little odd.

Upon arrival the rude clerk hassled me for my credit card because she said I needed to pay a $50 deposit. I informed her that my credit card information was provided in advance via a text message link sent to me the previous day by the hotel. They never charged the card for $50 but I wondered what the point of the pre-check-in procedure was the day before? There were no towels in the room, so we had to go ask for those. The laminate flooring was cracked up so bad you had to be careful not to injure your feet. Both rear entrances had broken locks so no hotel key was required to get in the building. Anybody off the street could enter, however they would probably be deterred by the big pile of pigeon crap on the ground in front of the door. The pigeons were allowed to use the satellite dish to roost right over the door and crap right down on you passing through! The rear gate entrance to the parking lot was locked up, I'm guessing an attempt to stop your car from getting broken into? The place is in pretty run down area.

The property needs a lot of maintenance. Broken shower curtain rods. Microwaves don’t work in the room.

The Manager and his wife are incredibly rude. Dilip Patel is the GM. I booked my room through Expedia but the manager would not allow me to stay there. He wanted a $50 deposit and only on a credit card. I didn't see this policy on the website. As I was questioning Mr Patel on why he couldn't accept cash or check for deposit, his wife started screaming at me. I really don't believe they are trustworthy. I had to leave after he denied me a room I had already paid for.

Booked 4 nights for my work crew, but it the room were so dirty that they were only willing to stay for one night. I had to book somewhere else and took a loss for three days.

Have come to expect that with very inexpensive pricing will come a down grade in facility upkeep. Air conditioning worked, facility kept clean, quiet, linen updated daily, morning coffee and an on the cheap complimentary breakfast. Very adequate for my needs. Would stay here again

Property is in complete disrepair. External trash bins completely full and overflowing. Pool was not appealing at all. 2 Throw pillows on the bed instead of standard size pillows. Carpeting so dingy, good thing I don't wear white socks as a habit. Blackout curtains are a joke. Bathroom: door knob loosely installed backwards. Existing shower curtain may as well not exist. Water leaked through and onto floor which explains the rust around the toilet base. Shower curtain rod likely being held up by magic, huge gaping hole. Same as shower head, magic. As for the microwave, looks like too many cans of soup were nuked in there. Continental breakfast: stay safe and bring your own. Area was unkept cereal left on counters. Not looking forward to booking a room with Wyndham any time soon.

Check in was efficient and fast. There was no towels in our room. The window facing the parking lot was unlocked. We didn’t know until the next morning. Bathroom ceiling has black spots that look like mold. Bathroom door metallic frame has rust.

Bed wasn’t clean.

For the location its clean and quite. The staff is another story, rude and not helpful at all. They Ali’s require a $50 deposit

Very clean

We requested downstairs because husband had knee surgery and there was plenty vacancies downstairs and the front desk clerk was did not want to change our room and she was very rude about it. Room had a funny smell. Air conditioner was off and room was hot at check in. Lights to bathroom didn't work and there were bugs in the room .
