For all the bad reviews this was a nice clean hotel that needs probably some updating but it was just fine to stay from being on the road all day and the price was awesome

1) Front desk was not as helpful as they could have been during check in. we wanted to use a different credit card, but they insisted on taking the one used online.
2) There was a very large ice patch on the walkway in front of our door. water was dripping from a nozzle on the outside wall and freezing. the ice was about 3 feet wide.
3) there was no coffee maker. the microwave and mini-fridge were nice to have, but it was disappointing not to have a coffee maker.

The staff are very niçe and property is just off of a ramp 117 of interstate 81 Mint Springs and has it's own property with plenty of parking very nice quiet and safe. Large grounds pool and picnic area.

I was disappointed that the internet was not working. The television does not have accessibility features and no closed captioning. Overall, it looked like the rooms had been renovated. Breakfast was good, but the healthy options were limited.

This property should not offer breakfast. The biscuits were hard, gravy was cold even though it was in a crockpot, "eggs" only means hard boiled eggs, ang I've never seen Little Debbie snack cakes as a breakfast item anywhere.
Having 2 people on staff for check in would be better, so you can have full attention of employee without them being on the phone with another person doing a reservation.

I booked a room with a king size bed. Prepaid. Arrived late at night and tired. Room we were given was two small beds. Too tired to argue. :(.

Your Staunton, VA location is the pitts. I met the owners and they were good people. However the room was dark and dingy, the A/C was unstable and very noisy. the breakfast was okay but was pretty much out by 8am when we got there, including the milk. The overnight person couldn't care less.
