Jamal was great! He provided a wealth of knowledge about the hotel and area and was very attentive to us and very friendly. It has been awhile since we had a hotel staff member be this attentive and friendly. He is an exceptional staff member and others should learn by his example! House keeping missed coming in our room one day and not sure why since it was off season and not like the hotel was full.

Very pleasant stay. Everything was fine, but the pool and hot tub is quite old. We did not use.

Nice & clean property- well maintained. Nice employees. Property is problematic in that NO LUGGAGE CARTS ARE AVAILABLE !!! Property has one handcart not meant for luggage. Difficult if you have more than one suitcase to bring in hotel. Apparently they used to have luggage carts but as they broke the owner has not repaired or replaced them. Bad decision as most people staying there have luggage !!

The area didn't have much in the way of amenities. We finally found a good restaurant for dinner, thanks to a helpful convenience store clerk who forewarned it would be expensive. Also, we didn't find the "grab and go breakfast", as did another couple as well.
