The Days Inn was excellent in every way. The Woodland area was nice a couple of streets down but right next to the property it was kind of dirty and muddy and there is a closed building less than a block away with a lot of homeless people. When that gets cleaned up, I think everything will be nice. A little noisy but the rooms are comfortable and sleep was easy.

I don't know how I feel about the virtual check-in yet. It seemed very disconnected to me. I also didn't have any hot water for a shower, or laundry services which was the purpose of my stay in a hotel for the night.

Couple obvious issues in the room. Heater turned off and on all night for no reason. Toilet ran off and on all night. There are no actual front desk to help you out.

I arrived at 9pm and rang the bell to be let in. After several tries, I was only admitted because the staff happened to walk by the door and see me.
Kiosk check in feels highly impersonal, particularly since onsite staff was 10 feet away.

The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was a pain using the kiosk. Will not stay at Days inn again. Had to pay an additional security deposit upon arrival. Someone stole my wifes debit card information an tried to make a online purchase the following morning. Had to cancel her debit card at beginning of our trip which creates a huge inconvenience for us. I suspect the live agent on kiosk when required it to pay for security deposit. Not sure we will use hotels.com again.

I have stayed here many times for a dog show. Usually it is quiet and everything works. Not this time. Booked for 5 nights, first night upstairs people made so much noise at 4am I complained, and it stopped.
TV never worked right, despite my asking for it to be fixed twice. Fridge didn't keep anything frozen and barely anything cold. Looking for a new place for dog shows

The room smell stuffy with a hint of urine
Room looked clean.

Clean rooms, no elevator so if u cannot handle stairs not the place for you. Stairwell and hall carpet a little worn but rooms are recently updated and in good condition.
