The staff was very friendly and helpful. Matt at the valet helped my elderly parents with their bags and was very accommodating. We were celebrating my Dad's 80th birthday and they made sure our family was all on the same floor and gave him a voucher for a free drink at the bar. The rooms are very clean and large. Would definitely stay again.

it was beautiful it smell was fantastic the artwork was beautiful plenty of light seating areas very spacious one of the most beautiful resort in Daytona beach Florida desert was delicious people was friendly very luxury vibe would definitely stay again and the most beautiful views from the ocean is the icing on the cake dock was new pool area was amazing it was clean bed was was super soft bacony was spacious so I do recnamand this ocean place

Almost everything was very good, however the walls must be very thin because you can hear your neighbors phone calls, conversations, tv, etc. this made the stay quite uncomfortable as it felt like you had zero privacy.

Close to the beach, nice area, gym , staff was friendly, only issue was the first day breakfast took 45 minutes to serve and they were only three tables occupied, buffet food was cold.

The hotel appears to be space constrained. The drop-off area was frequently packed to the gills, making entry and exit a bit of a challenge. There's a god-awful perfume wafted throughout the lobby area; fortunately, only in that area.
The room was clean, though the bed was too soft for me. I would also have liked a heavier blanket. The shower head was a low-flow dribbling waterfall thing that barely had the ability to get anything wet, but at least it wasn't at waist level (a frequent problem for me being 6' 2").
Billing itself as a resort, I guess, gives them an excuse to charge a "resort fee" at check-out. A resort it is not regardless of what they think. Those fees were substantial and a surprise as they were not disclosed when I made the reservation, nor during check-in.
The food on-property was reasonable, though like every other restaurant these days, overpriced. Service at the restaurant was excellent.

We had a corner suite and the floor to ceiling windows with the view was amazing. Even with cooler temperatures we were happy to just sit inside our cozy suite and look out at the view!
