The only issue we had with the property was that our safe did not work in the room. Other than this, Delta is a great hotel for families.

The service was incredible, from Sam at the front with our luggage, and Nicolas and Laiza at the lobby bar! We will definitely be back and these 3 really topped the trip! The location was great and short Uber to all of the things we wanted to go! The hotel itself was friendly and very family friendly!

Our sheets were dirty and not changed when we checked in! There was men’s hair in the sheet and a stain on the bed when we pulled the sheets down to go to bed. I had to call up to the front 3 times before anyone came up an hour later at 2am! They brang the wrong size pillow cases and fitted sheet and had to go back to get the right size. As they were putting the clean pillow cases on they were laying the clean pillows back on the dirty sheets. They could not figure out how to put the duvet cover on so we had them leave and my husband and I made the bed ourselves. Outside properly is nice but inside needs updating especially bathrooms.

Beds were clean but carpets dirty. Staff was nice. Parking was difficult.

Great location, needed to attend competitions at ESPN Wide World of Sports each day. Lobby is great, open, clean, bar and restaurant very good. Outdoor pool/bar and property very pretty well cared for. Our guest room needed to be painted. Stains on ceiling and wall. Thank you! Enjoyed our stay. Would definitely choose this property.

The property is beautiful. The grounds are clean and well kept. Tina helped check us in and she is absolutely phenomenal!

The hotel is really nice but the 25 dollars food voucher and daily charge of 28 dollars was unnecessary

Pros: the lobby is beautiful, the koi fish were so nice to see and my kids enjoyed being able to feed them! The pool area is beautiful! The beds were made nicely daily. Cons: the hotel halls were noisy & smelled badly. Our room smelled like mold. There was evidence of water damage and poor ventilation in bathroom on mirror surround and above shower- this might be why the room smelled so badly. The room was not cleaned very well before we entered it- found a hair in the shower and bottom of toilet was a bit dirty. It seemed like you may have not been ready for the holiday rush because we were only given 2 fresh towels each day and no wash cloths and only 1 hand towel. None of the automatic doors worked. The dresser door that the fridge is behind was almost falling off. The hot tub had scum build up in the bubbles and sides rendering it not usable. I would have left the hotel upon smelling the mold as I am allergic, but being the busiest week of the year I did not have many options. I felt misled by the front desk. When I checked in, I was surprised by your parking fee. The lady told me she would charge less and gave me one total- then when I checked out I was charged more! The management promised to correct this but it has been 2 weeks and I have heard nothing!

The hotel is just okay. It looks like it was a property that was previously abandoned and then purchased by Marriott for a quick flip. The doors around the facility get stuck and close loudly. The paint in the bathroom is peeling. Walls are very thin and everything can be heard. In addition, there is a daily $28 resort fee. The resort fee did not reflect the condition of the resort itself and honestly should not even be charged. Parking also had a fee associated and I could rarely find parking near our building. Likely will not stay here again.

I stayed in this property before it was bought out by Marriot. So it has definitely been through a significant upgrade, which is great! My only complaint would be the elevator in our building kept breaking down and also the water pressure in the shower is horrible. Otherwise the stay was good.

We don't recomend this "hotel- expensive motel", we had a bad experience and we book sadly for 10 days :( , in the check in charge you for parking and for fees resort each day ( you can use some of with this so you obligate to buy overcharge things or lost yous money in a no resort). If you have kids they don't have any area for play or stay. Pool it's frozen so just one day we used the small and no towels , I need pick up it in a big pool. The room had many issues the door never close, drow dont close properly, smell to humidity, toilet sound day and night, look don't clean well carpet and we found a sock of others guess. Sadly of 6 issues in a room just fix one.You need call each day fo clean the room first 2 days arrive late after all day to clean 8pm and 6 pm. Each 10 min the tv stop. The shuttle never arrived we made a reservation day before and wait more that 20 min. One night we tried dinner and was not good, you ask for coke and give you pepsi with out ask you. We celebrate hanukkah we need turn on our candles and no body help us with a lighter or nothing more that 3 people we ask for help and they don't care. Jacussi is broken and close.
