My fiancees foot was badly cut by the hotel room door. Clerk did bring a first aid kit to assist as she was bleeding in the lobby. Then tried to assist without gloves. She is diabetic and this was a serious injury

Very much enjoyed our stay. We had the mexican restaurant next to the hotel and it was really good. The room was very cozy ans we enjoyed the shower tub and sauna combo with the nice ceiling lights. It could use an uodated tv, but we would definitely stay again

This hotel is run down, the rooms are themed and when you turn on the lights you see the flaws. Our bedding had holes all over it. The bed was as hard as a rock. We were supposed to stay two nights and only stayed one because the bed was like sleeping on concrete.

Visited from Kansas City. Stayed in the Roman themed room. definitely not worth $160. Cleanliness did not exist, lights turned on and off by themselves and the jacuzzi jets turned on randomly throughout the night and no way to shut them off.

I enjoyed my stay with my girlfriend. The place was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tube. For the price though and paying for the breakfast, I was expecting more the. Toast, waffle machine, and dry cereal.

Stayed in the cave room and it smelled so awful and musty from the wet carpet around hot tub, luckily the windows opened to air it out a bit. Bed was comfortable.

The 6 head waterfall shower and sauna were excellent amenities. We did not take advantage of the whirlpool tub. The lighting was cool.
The initial bedding appeared to be unchanged but the staff was quick to get us new linens/comforter.
