Extremely unsafe

Never got our room service so had to go buy towels to be able to shower

Was told no breakfast in the morning after check in. No compensation or voucher offered yet.

Clean and comfortable. Easy to get to. Restaurant close by.

This is an old property that just had a coat of paint and not much else. Went to check in and it was a little before 3pm and was told it would be a $50 fee. Check in lady just sat there until 3 then the mad rush to check began. Once we finally got to our room it was not very clean especially the bathroom. They had advertised that they had free breakfast went down in the morning nothing not even coffee. It was also very noisy all night and didn’t get much sleep.

There were Roaches. The trash wasnt changed. Amd they were rude

Horrible. When we started to go to the room there was some very shady people living/staying there. A woman was sitting on the steps and we had to try to go around her to get our luggage to the second floor. Once to the room there was no toilet paper. They supposedly ran out. Gave us napkins. What a joke. Also the safe was broke. I would never stay here again.

Had broken baggage stand , body wash was missing,tissue,shower leaking on floor when used 2 nd night at 1030 pm people were shooting off fireworks from balcony and 1 am children were running back and forth on balcony Will stay somewhere else next time

I requested ground floor rooms, even calling to verify this and didn’t have any on our arrival. One in my party had had a stroke and it was VERY DIFFICULT to get her up the stairs!

The room was not very clean.I asked for additional towels and they didn’t have.

This property needs a lot of updating. When we checked in the comforter had blood on it!!! The floors were really dirty felt like I needed to wear socks. Was a great location for the airport which is all I really needed but will find another location if need to stay near Jacksonville airport again. Staff was amazing polite and very helpful!! Just an old location!

Stayed overnight. They NEED to remove the sign regarding "proof needed for service animals"

When we arrived, we were told there were no suites available, which is what we booked. I asked what type of room they could give us, she said she was new and didn’t know what to do. One supervisor told her to give multiple regular rooms, another one yelled at her when she did that. I told her I had a reservation, and we had nowhere else to go with our five kids. She finally agreed to let us stay, and gave us exactly the type of room we reserved. One bed was missing a comforter, but otherwise it was in good condition. She told us she hoped we had towels, etc, but the housekeeping staff all left and didn’t finish the rooms, so she wasn’t sure. The rooms were equipped well enough for us to stay the night, but there were a lot of rowdy people on the grounds throughout the night. It was a bizarre experience, and I wouldn’t recommend it. It almost seemed the hotel was in the midst of a renovation and opened up for reservations too early. There was no breakfast…according to a handwritten sign, they ran out of food and wouldn’t have it back for awhile. We got out of there as quickly as possible the next morning!

I booked my room over a month before my stay. When I got to the hotel, there were no rooms clean or available. I had to wait over a hour and finally cancelled my reservation. We weren't the only ones who had this problem. Apparently there's new management and he doesn't know what he's doing. He stated there weren't any breakfast even though it was stated on the reservation. We had to last minute book another hotel room. I have been staying at this hotel for the last few months that I have been visiting my family and never had a problem until this visit. I am not sure if I will try to get them again because it was really frustrating and inconvenient. The front desk lady Ronisha was really polite and was ready to get another job due to this.

Terrible Experience – Do Not Stay Here! We booked this hotel expecting a decent stay, but it was an absolute nightmare. From the moment we arrived, the entire environment felt sketchy and uninviting. The room was disgusting—dirty floors, stained linens, and an awful smell that made it unbearable to stay. We couldn’t believe the condition of the place, and the staff didn’t seem to care at all. We didn’t even end up staying the night because the room was so bad, and we didn’t feel safe in the hotel. It’s shocking that they can even operate under such poor conditions. Avoid this place at all costs! Spend your money elsewhere.
