It was a great hotel with wall size sliding doors looking out to the bay

I’ll never be back

We were upgraded to a suite style accommodation which was lovely but we thought too large for our 3 people family. All amenities were good, including washer dryer which we used in unit. Our second time staying here. Will stay here again if in Miami for a cruise.

I made the right decision staying here

Arrived early, requested early check in, was told room was not ready that they would send a sms once room was ready. No one ever sent a message. Room could be cleaner, something splattered on the wall above the head board.

Great place, clean, but a lot of broken. Elevator, escalator, patches on the drywall everywhere, pool deck was patches as well. Looks like stuff is being done. But I would have expected that the Elevator and escalator would not have been down the whole 3 days we were there.

the view, the location, the room...all was extremely nice

The hotel is ok maybe expensive for what they offer, forget about room service, the beds are old so much so you can find a hole in both sides of the bed. Good restaurant surround the hotel but is a hotel more for business not for vacation or else. In this opportunity the air conditioning broke for five hours.

Check in and out were smooth. Primos restaurant was great, our bartender Christian was top notch. Definitely recommend

This is an ok place. Not worth the crazy high price. They can do this because of the area.

This property was this hotel was under construction. My view was a couple of guys in scaffolding. I took the balcony of view for a reason. The rooms were disgustingly filthy. There was Doritos everywhere bedbugs it seemed like they never even washed those sheets in months I don’t know if they just put those where the constructions were at and they’re giving them away from Expedia at a cheaper price, but I will never ever recommend this to anybody. It was disgusting there. The shower flooded. We had no remote for the TV. Everything was filthy dirty here’s everywhere. Garbage cans were not even lined up. You couldn’t even look outside the window because the window was all smudgy and dirty from all the construction. The patio was filthy. Walking around the room. You had black feet within seconds I want a full refund if I don’t get it. I am going to contact the district attorney’s office

The building is located at the bay but in the same time it is congested as it is in down town. Hotel building is only 9 floors, and the hight towers are for other type of residents. Check for the view and side you are getting for your room, as it is not a bay view hotel for all rooms.

House cleaning/ front desk staff was unprofessional, and incompetent. I asked multiple times to have our room cleaned which didn't happen. Instead, I was met with attitude and house cleaning told me they wouldn't service our room. Then Mike the front desk mgr, came up to my room after I expressed that this was unacceptable. He proceeded to be confrontational, and could have cared less about our needs. I've stayed at this hotel before and have never experienced such negative/ unprofessionalism from the staff. Definitely disappointing and will not be back. Avoid this hotel at all cost.

I had to have an engineer come to my room everyday of my staff because my tv kept going out. There was NO shower gel in the shower whatsoever, and only one bar of soap.

Beautiful View!! Front desk personnel can improve their customer service and should show appreciation towards their customers. You don’t feel welcome at check in. Front Desk gentleman denied a bottle of water to a pregnant guest when she asked for it. I couldn’t believe it. No compassion over a pregnant woman. Later on, bottle water was given to other guests. Shared is not expensive and should never be denied to a guest. Perhaps the front desk employees should receive training just in what Hilton policies are when checking inn customers. Also, specifically at check in time. Concierge employees were excellent. Extremely pleased with their cust. Service offered. They go above and beyond to help you with your need. Their manager is also extremely nice.

Overall a good hotel, within walking distance to multiple eating options and a short Uber ride to Brickell and entertainment arena.

Of course the cookies were fabulous! The staff was great and the hotel room was very clean. The view from room was beautiful. We had a balcony view on the bay. The only let down was they were doing maintenance on bldg so there was scaffolding outside our balcony and men, so really couldnt use. The scaffolding was left over night, so we didnt feel completely secure.
