Good access to Greensboro metro!

First time to live in a hotel, the room’s heating system takes a whole days to get warm, the room is too cold, and the A/C still not get warm even my checking out … and the room is without any view but a half buried roof with snow. Not a good experience

We arrived at this hotel late and in a snowstorm. Front desk service was fantastic and the amenities were excellent. The small store near the front desk had every single thing we could possibly want. So impressed with this property. Excellent value.

Hotel is good for the price.

We loved our stay a lot! It was amazing. The only thing is we had blood on our sheets and a housekeeper walked in on us the next morning in our new room! They were super helpful to help us with the situation and fix it. Overall we really enjoyed our experience

Everything was nice

The staff was super friendly. They have two different restaurants and a convenience store right in the hotel. I really enjoyed their version of an old fashioned at the bar, “ The Bullet.” Finally, the warm cookies when you arrive *chef’s kiss.”

Very convenient location

Our stay was great. The front desk personnel were friendly, helpful, and attentive. Many thanks to Zui, the Assistant Front Desk Manager, and Mahmoud for being very helpful and accommodating throughout our stay! The overall atmosphere of the hotel was inviting and clean. The breakfast buffet was delicious (you have to pay for it). My room and bathroom was clean. It had a mini fridge. The only con was that there wasn’t a microwave inside of the room. We found parking in front of the hotel and were given a parking pass. However there is a parking deck available which you may have to pay for (not sure though). The hotel is close to many restaurants, shopping centers, and Tyson’s mall (3 mins away driving). Overall, my family enjoyed our short stay and would definitely stay again. Side note.. it is a pet friendly hotel so if you have pet allergies I’d recommend asking for a room on the top floors.

Hotel was very clean, room was spacious, and bed was comfortable. Gentleman at the front desk was very polite! I arrived earlier than expected and was able to check in. I definitely will be back when I’m in the area again!

Convenient to the Metro. Room was good. Room was clean. Common areas were meh. Promised lobby coffee was late both days of our stay. Staff was also meh. Did I mention that it was convenient to the Metro?
