Very nice staff. Was able to communicate with them by text which made it easy!

Our room was spacious, but it was difficult to get it truly warm, although we had our own thermostat. The heater was up by the high ceiling. It was clean, simple with a couple special touches like the water glasses and a huge TV screen. It's smart to accept a map and make sure you know which direction to go to the elevator end of your corridor, especially if you're upstairs, but if you like walking it's perfect. The long corridors provide indoor walks if the weather is bad. You can give them your phone number, and a welcome text from them allows you to ask for anything you need by text. This service was above any other experience we've had, very personal because the person who texts you gives their name, and asks how things are the first couple days, and if there is anything you need.

Our toilet plumbing had issues in the middle of the night and wouldn’t flush. We checked out and it was still not working. We also had a leftover wine glass from the previous stay in our room. They compensated my $6 coffee… thanks for that but overall, not satisfied.

The room itself was not in proper conditions, it has cracks all over, the fridge did not work perfect, some of our food froze and in the same grill the other side was fine, not enough towels, I think it would be nice to have a wine bottle opener in the room so we don’t have to bother the person in the long, at the end after we leave the hotel charge me $4.01 for I don’t know what, in general my first impression of the property was not as in the pictures, you should update them.

Proximity and location, easy in/out. nearby amenities.

This is not the Hilton standard! Only one shower towel in the room so i called reception manager who assured me that he would send shortly! Despite waiting for more than half an hour no one turn up to deliver so i called again and manager Raja assured that he would be sending someone with towel shortly! Sadly again waiting for nearly half an hour no one turned up! I was forced to use one towel between 3 of us! I would never book again, felt like they don’t need customers!

The website is misleading. It states the hotel is a five stars hotel but more like a 2 star hotel. The room is old and don't feel comfortable to sleep. The bathroom doesn't have sufficient countertop space. The sink is more like a public toilet sink without a countertop. The court yard where the website says a lagoon is like an abandoned area with broken outdoor furnitures. I will never come back.

Conditioner was empty. Probably was just over looked. Other than that, it has been an incredible stay as always
