Love it easy to get to everywhere and everything very clean..

Everything was great no issues

Small rooms but that’s expected in NYC

We arrived in the dark and spent 10 minutes figuring out the dark location. Only the brass plaque indicated we were in the right place. Tasteful but ineffective.

The lady who checked us in, didn’t actually finish the reservation and gave us a key to the room and we had to leave the hotel to get to an ice skating reservation, because they took so long to get us signed in and when we got back, she had actually given that room to somebody else and then they tried to try to check us into a smaller room. Even though we had already paid when she gave us the key they tried to give us two double beds when there were three of us and then they did try to help us, but it took 45 minutes and they helped us the first night, but the second night we were stuck all three of us with the two double beds again with two of us sleeping in one bed. They tried to give us vouchers for the bar, but then closed the bar. The elevators take forever and the one to the rooftop was broken and it took forever for them to fix it. The manager laughed at us when we were telling him our concerns.

The staff was super friendly and helpful - there’s 24 hour help desk. They give out free cookies at the desk, and they even have an allergen friendly option - which was very considerate and made me feel more welcome as I have gluten and dairy sensitivities. The facility was clean and modern. It had a nice rooftop bar with indoor/outdoor seating and an igloo which is nice for the cold season. My only complaint is that some of the wood paneling outside the entrance way was unstable and moved when you stepped on them. Which was particularly worrisome when it started snowing. Other than that it great place I enjoyed my stay. Would recommend and stay there again!

It was a nice warm environment for a chilly stay in NYC.

Great hotel close to Times Square! It was our first time in NYC. The rooms are definitely small, but that’s to be expected in the city. Staff were super nice and helpful as well!

Location was great and close to everything. Breakfast was a little bit over priced for what they had to offer. I didnt like that the hotel had no microwaves no where in the facility but other than that not bad.

Love the location. Very close to Javits for work. Staff is always nice.

The hotel was nice and clean parking was not at the hotel and I wish it was explained that by saying off site parking and the website says breakfast is included but was not really included so just read carefully

Room was very small. Just enough room to walk around the bed. Bar closed before we all got back from the hockey game before 10pm. Check in was a breeze and we did it early without an issue or fee. Will hold bags in very secure basement location while you are out and about town

We were not told ahead that we had to park over a block away and carry our luggage.

WE WAITED AN HOUR TO BE CHECKED-IN I wanted a nice place to stay overnight for my sons birthday. Walking in, I was immediately taken aback by the small size of the lobby, especially for a Hilton affiliated hotel, but the staff was nice so I hoped we would have a good stay. We tried to check-in an hour early but our room was not ready so we left our bags instead. Totally acceptable. We returned almost an hour after the scheduled check-in time and we were given a room. We had booked a room with 2 doubles (2 kids and 2 adults). We got the key, went upstairs, and opened the door to a crazy small king-sized bed room. ONE king bed. And there wasn’t any room to make another bed on the floor, either, that’s how small the room was. We checked our booking to confirm we had booked a double and returned downstairs to tell them about the mix-up. They checked the system to see we had and said they had something ready, just give them a second to switch the rooms! Moments later she said actually they don’t have something ready and we would need to step aside to wait until they had a clean room. We are now an hour and a half past our original check-in time but we sit in the tiny lobby to patiently wait. We watch numerous people shuffle in to be checked in ahead of us so we ask about an update. They check with housekeeping. We still need to wait. Finally my friend went to ask for an update and they seemed to not know who we were and told us our room was ready! What if we hadn’t asked….

Rooms are very very small, our room smelled like smoke, it was extremely busy with a very tiny front desk area that became very crowded
