Easy in and out of the property, great service from dining staff, very warm and friendly. Checkout Staff was helpful getting breakfast charges corrected to be offset by credit of $20 for prepaying on website .

It was great!! Went out with my girls for Halloween weekend and we had the best time. Super clean and comfy rooms. Loved it!

My friends and I we were coming from Charlotte and we were looking for a good deal stay ! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL . everyone and the staff were super nice and even the house cleaning staff ! only thing would be nice would be a microwave ;( but other than that it was good , we’re coming back in december and we already booked it ! hope we get a room with a mircowave next time !

Heat isn’t working in the restaurant. Only 1 elevator working at a time and cleaning staff left their cleaning rags in my room on my furniture.

The staff was very professional and courteous. However, the room was terrible. Lumpy beds, the A/C kept raging on and off and it was impossible to get a good night's sleep. The hotel is very outdated and in need of a major renovation. Would not recommend this property to anyone and they ratings on-line are very deceiving.

Someone stole my Nike coaches jacket out of my room. Thought maybe I misplaced but I’m pretty sure it wasn’t there after House Keeping placed a steamer (requested) in my room with the do not disturb sign on the door. Thought it was strange that they entered the room anyway. Didn’t want to complain at the time because I wasn’t sure. Now that I’m back home I pretty sure someone took the jacket from my room.

Property is in major need of updating. We tried to eat dinner on the property. They were out of the first 2 things I tried to order. The item I was able to order was terrible, as was the other food my family ordered.

Staff is courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. The food in the bar/restaurant is surprisingly good for a hotel. In fact, we stayed 6 days while we were vendors at the Raleigh State Fair, and we intentionally ate there all 6 days as the food and service were that good!
