DoubleTree by Hilton Sacramento CA

Upon arrival were informed that they had no gas, so no hot water, restaurant was closed and did not know when it would be fixed. Had to find other accommodations. Don’t know why we weren’t notified earlier about the situation, they said it had been that way for 2 days!!

The restroom didnt had heater or fan system inside. The room was too cold even with the heater on. The heating system was too poor

arrived to find that the gas was shut off and there is no heat or hot water. the mgmt should have automatically discounted the room.

It was very quiet and unique.

Thank you to the entire staff who makes a very intentional and concerted effort to treat everyone with Supreme kindness 🥰. I felt very VIP & It almost seemed unreal, but it's embedded in the hearts of the people and is seemingly the very essence of the culture at Doubletree by Hilton Hotel (Arden) in Sacramento. ✅ Shout out 2 the a.m. team, midday team and Night Audit (Aila, Jessica, Andrea, Ayiana, Tee, Nick, Kalin, Joy, Chandra, Ashley and Aleta bka Cookie), & to all the ones sanitizing the entire place...Thanks MUCH‼️ You all went above and beyond & I appreciate it. I came in for a funeral and now I'm uplifted in Spirit. Got sum Rideshare in while there & got it done. I'm sooo glad I did, No Cap. Great place to stay. Great place to stay. Beds were comfortable, clean rooms and the staff was friendly. Close to restaurants and the shopping center. I would definitely stay here again.

A decent hotel

The bed and pillows were in lumpy shape. Our room was so far from the front desk. The pool was closed and we were not told that before booking. There was trash from parties right outside our room view. We were in the back building and parking and area seemed unsafe. The property had many homeless parked on the street by the hotel parking areas- gates remained open to property on both parking lot sides.

Love it here. We keep renewing our stay and of course we'll be staying here again soon. The staff is incredible. Thank you all for everything (Aila, Damien, Kalin, Joy, Nick & others..). Everyone is super kind & hella down (except the new short lil white girl server in the cafe inna a.m. Who didn't seem to find our table, but found her way to all the others), nonetheless we are sooo pleased with my stay. You over deliver on your service each time. Stay Blessed!!!

Lots of military here, so we definitely felt safe. The staff here (Aila, Nick, Damien, Andrea and others) went above and beyond, so much so we thought it was fake love at first, but Yes it's their true beautiful Spirit and culture here at the Sactown location. The warm cookies baked fresh in their bakery are to live for. It was super quiet and Cane's just opened up across the street today same day as our 1st nights stay. Dining options all around this place. Costco nearby and the Mall is across the street. Sad the gym and jacuzzi is closed during renovations, but just gonna go to our regular gym in the area anyways. Since our stay was the gift that kept on giving, we tipped everybody who helped us each day. Btw: If you can, include the breakfast in your stay, you'll thank me later..bc good Lord its hot, fresh & made to order AMAZING!! THANK YOU ALL!!! I WILL DEFINITELY stay here again.

Was a nice room and plenty of space. Room was not completely clean. Sheets and bed comforter were dirty. One comforter had blood stains, we just took everything off and had to sleep with no covers.

Reserved king size room which wasn’t available, got downgraded to a double queen. Arriving in first room wasn’t clean from previous stay, got switched to a different room, staff was great in accommodations to move, they offered complimentary breakfast coupons that we did not use. Customer service was excellent.

Not enough blankets, I’ve stayed here a few times in the month or so. I will try a Marriot. I’m a Hilton guy, but some regions are different.

Ice machine had mold in it and rust

Property was re ently remodeled and its really nice, room was great, staff are nice and helpful.

They gave me a room that was 3 flights up..The elevator didn’t work and they didn’t even tell me and the ice machine didn’t work on my floor as well , had to pay 10.00 for parking the was not mention up front as well.

No hot water from the shower! Boiler was broken. Should have been told that when I checked in that evening. Tried taking a shower after 10 hours on the highway. Found out the hard way.

I was given the option for digital key if I were to download the app and there was even option to check in early with my choice of the room however that was not the case. The app didn't work throughout my stay especially digital key I would still have to go in person and check in. The next day the key card that was given to me didn't work so I have to go back to the front desk and ask for a new one, which was inconvenience since the parking to my room was behind the building and walking in the cold out outside around the huge building was not going to be an option for me. My friend also got a deluxe room which she paid $45 more for but was given the same room plan on the same floor as mine which was a basic 1 king bed room. She was upset so she decided to talk to the front desk agent about the situation but was told that all their room are the same size and there's no delux room. However their website and Expedia website did offer a deluxe room. My friend was told that they can't do anything about it for they don't have a bigger room for her. She was too tired to escalate the problems and just left it like that but if Hilton did not offer such room in there hotel they should not advertise it!
