View of the city was amazing. Room was big and spacious. Area was walking distance from galleria and close to lots of places to eat around Houston. Great variety around there. Nice atmosphere. Staff was nice and friendly. No free parking, must park in parking tower for nightly fee.

Great property, a little construction was going on but you barely notice and they gave nice treats for the little trouble.

Staff was polite and property was well maintained. Valet was prompt and respectful of car. All around great experience. Will definitely be staying here when I visit again.

Managers and staff were very kind and polite. Request for service were fulfilled rapidly. Digital key was a great addition. There was an error during digital check out and required me to place a call back to the hotel to do so after I left the premises.

Computer was down to charge to room either pay ccard or cash for water side etc
Twice someone tried to get in room. One they actually open door. In room coffee maker was there but I had to basically move the furniture to plug in. I did not do that.

The property valet and people hanging outside and around the property very ghetto. The whole hotel smelled like weed. We won’t be staying there again.
