I had a pleasant stay at this property. The area was very well kept up and clean. Additionally, the suite I stayed in was updated and spacious. The landscaping of the property was lovely, as well as the lobby. I was sorry to leave!

If you need to stay in PHX near the airport this is a great choice, however, after dark I would stay at the property. But that is with any hotel in the area. Hotel itself is great. nice pool, nice outdoor sitting areas, hotel shuttle. Everything you need.

Place was quite okay, but not fantastic. One elevator wasn’t working. It was a serious walk to the elevators, outdoors - not great if it’s raining. Staff who checked us in was not helpful, and sent us to the wrong room - twice.

Beautifully maintained, but when I booked with Expedia I was told it was going to be 250 dollars, when I checked in I was charged more than 100 more.
Parking was not free.
The onsite restaurant was very disappointing, overpriced for the quality of food.
The onsite mini-store had huge markups on the items there, example a 50 cent ramen noodle in town cost 2.50 there.
The receipt was not itemized.
The laundry was free to guests, and I appreciated that.

It was great for overnight stay before 6am flight. The check in girl was good but told us to get shuttle much earlier than we needed resulting in arriving 50min before the counter even opened. That 1/2 hour of sleep would have been appreciated. Just a heads up for the future.
