Over night trip

I love this hotel. The staff is always so friendly, the room was beautiful and in excellent condition, the evening appetizers, although it was a full out meal with barbecue sliders and soup and salad and hotdogs and and and… Just absolutely wonderful. We were taking a flight out very early in the morning so I can not comment on the breakfast. The only thing that bothered me was that when we left at 4:45 in the morning, I could not find a front desk person, even though the sign said to pick up the phone and call. The phone just rang and rang, and there were a few other cards on the front desk. No one to be found for quite a long time so I just wound up putting my card on the desk as well and left. Other than that, a very enjoyable stay.

Great stay for a short trip. Beds were amazingly comfortable. Should’ve asked the brand before we left.

Wonderful staff who were hard-working and offered help whenever needed and kept the place very clean.

It was a very comfortable place to stay.

The staff was super friendly and personable. Check in and check out was easy. The pool and hot tub area was spotless. The complementary breakfast was delicious and the coffee was strong. We didn’t take advantage of the free dinner or drinks but definitely appreciated the option for it. This hotel was a major improvement from the one we stayed at previously. My one complaint is that we only got to stay here for one of the three nights we spent in the Grand Rapids area. We would absolutely stay here again.

What i liked ? Friendly , hard-working FOH ( front of house ) staff influding the kitchen & bar. Pool looked wonderful clean the whole spot. Hallways were typical cheesy decorated but seemingly pretty clean. Quiet rooms , NICE bathroom and closet space however, closet was hard to get into with the handle and it was a mirror on the door. Hard to see in dark of night !! Room had little amentities outside- of the shower, a bit dissapointing for a 3 star rating and a 9.7-9.8 user rating of " exceptional ' The bed was GROSS smelled like old , sweaty-man sack ( balls ) had bigfer dox holla than the allies forces of WW1 and sheets though LOKKED clean smelled like they were in a barn. Chair was stylish but dirty and uncomfortable as a chair could be. I expected better and would want a partial refund or credit for another company owned property. Rough sleep / rest. Reat od hotel was quite good

Supper buffet never had that in a hotel.

Very busy hotel. Parking lot was nearly full during our stay. Breakfast was great for a hotel buffet!

Very nice

Very clean and well maintained. The breakfast and nightly happy hour were hearty enough to cover meals for my business trip.

Convenient location

Had a 3-night stay in this place and our experience were wonderful. The room is clean and quiet, the breakfast tasted good. There was even laundry service available on 6th floor. Next time when I visit Grand Rapids I would definitely choose this hotel again.

Great place to stay

Unexpectedly, there was food and drinks. What a great surprise! The rooms were very clean. I will definitely choose Drury Inn and Suites again.
