During our recent stay at the Drury Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center in Centennial, Colorado, we experienced an exceptional level of service and comfort that exceeded our expectations. This hotel has truly mastered the art of hospitality, making it a standout choice for both business and leisure travelers. From the moment we arrived, the staff at Drury Inn & Suites provided impeccable customer service. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, with the front desk team displaying a friendly and welcoming attitude. They were attentive to our needs and went out of their way to ensure our stay was comfortable. Housekeeping staff were equally impressive, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness and replenishing amenities promptly. The hotel's location is one of its standout features. Situated in the Denver Tech Center area, it offers convenient access to numerous corporate offices, making it ideal for business travelers. Additionally, it's close to major highways, providing easy access to downtown Denver. During our stay we made multiple day trips both north and south. Traffic can be a bit congested on I25 but that is to be expected. We found the Tech Center area to be a great location for our needs and wants. There are plenty of restaurants and shops within a short drive. Our personal favorite was the View House which is just around the corner from the property. The cleanliness of the Drury Inn & Suites was impeccable. The lobby, hallways, and guest rooms were spotless, reflecting the hotel's commitment to maintaining a pristine environment. The rooms were well-appointed with modern furnishings and comfortable beds, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathrooms were equally clean and stocked with high-quality toiletries. It was evident that the hotel places a strong emphasis on hygiene and cleanliness, which we greatly appreciated. One of the highlights of our stay was the complimentary breakfast offered each morning. The variety and quality of the food exceeded our expectations. There was a wide selection of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausage, fresh fruit, pastries, and cereals. The dining area was well-maintained, and the breakfast staff were attentive, ensuring that food items were replenished promptly. Additionally, the hotel offers a complimentary evening reception with snacks and drinks, which was a pleasant surprise. Overall, our experience at the Drury Inn & Suites Denver Tech Center was outstanding. The combination of excellent customer service, a convenient location, immaculate cleanliness, and a delightful breakfast made our stay memorable. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Centennial area and will definitely choose to stay here again in the future. It is a great hotel for the price. Service was excellent, front staff were remarkably polite. You get free breakfast and dinners. It was about what you would expect from free food, but it is certainly a differential. You also get free popcorn, fountain drinks and water, and three alcoholic beverages per person. Rooms were clean. Great location - there is a convenience store literally in the same lot.

Have stayed here twice now and have enjoyed both times. Rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Check in is always easy, all staff are friendly and smiling. Have recommended this specific location to friends and family

What an excellent hotel! We arrived late after a concert before continuing our road trip and Taj checked us in - incredibly accommodating and friendly. The room was perfectly fine, which is exactly what you want in this scenario. The hotel was clean and comfortable. Highly recommended.

I have never stayed at a Drury Inn with such horrible customer service. Staff was rude and were unable to assist with anything. First night I was there I had to let staff know about a leak coming from the ceiling because I almost fell and they seemed annoyed I brought it to their attention. Second night I was locked out of my room and couldn’t get any assistant from the gentleman named TAJ working that night. He stated he was busy cleaning up MY MESS in the lobby. When I hadn’t been in the lobby and was out getting food with my family. The last night our kids were kicked out of the pool and it was closed to our kids only. People of different races were able to break all the rules but when it came to our kids we were discriminated against. We were given a mandatory curfew or we were threatened to be kicked out by the so called manager on duty. also used the ice machine and the ceiling completely fell. Please do not waste your money and stay here.
