Drury Plaza Hotel Indianapolis Carmel

This was our first time staying at a Drury Inn and it didnt disappoint. Our room was nice, comfortable and clean. Loved the complimentary toiletries in the bathroom & shower. Our family enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as the complimentary breakfast and the kick back in the evening which included complementary drinks for kids and adults, as well as several food options. We enjoyed bbq pulled pork sliders, nachos, mac n cheese, and hot dogs. It was perfect for everyone's preferences but they also offered soup and salad if you preferred a lighter route. Only a small issue at check-in in regards to them not accepting cash as a form of payment. We opted to pay at the hotel through our booking and took cash to plan to cover the room. We were told that they don't take cash at check-in but we could come back at checkout and pay then. They then asked for a card, which I assumed was to hold for damages. When I asked to verify if the total amount would just be held on my card or not, I was told that it would be. Which it was not only held, it was deducted from my account completely at check-in. I realize we live in the days of no cash, but would have been nicing knowing that upfront. This in no way would stop me from staying there again, in fact we enjoyed it so much that we plan to try other Drury Inns on our upcoming travels. I also realize this is the age of no cash and get it. Just would be nice if it was mentioned somewhere in advance.

Everything was great. Front desk employees were very friendly and helpful, the room was quiet and clean, the free breakfast was a nice bonus!

The all around friendly staff Amazing breakfast, very fresh with many choices. Unfortunately, with our schedule we didn’t get to enjoy the kickback hour this time.

We love the Drury Inn! It’s our hotel of choice when traveling. This stay was no different. Eliminating the stress of dinner and breakfast helps our family so much! The kids love the pool and we love the convenience and cleanliness. This time we were upgraded to a larger room and it was so nice!

Very nice hotel with kind staff

Great accommodations and kid friendly.

Every staff member was friendly. Popcorn and pop available during the day. Indoor/outdoor pool and spa was clean. Kickback dinner and breakfast had a lot of selections and everything was good. 3 alcoholic drinks for adults during kickback time. Room was spacious and clean.

This hotel is always comfortable and quiet, and the breakfast is decent. Great pool and hot tub too.

Great staff, large comfortable room, nice pool / hot tub, breakfast, light dinner and 3 drinks included at dinner!

Free breakfast and happy hour were great. Also loved the huge hot tub.
