Econo Lodge Battleboro - Rocky Mount I-95

Check in was normal with no issue until going to the room. Room had cigarette smoke smell for a non-smoking room, no toilet paper or towels. We were able to get towels and toilet paper from front desk. Went for the lite breakfast at 6:25, found the desk cketk asleep. We asked about breakfast and the reply wad it was ready. The chairs were still on the tables, no waffle battet and no regular coffee. We asked about chairs a d coffee and were td we can put the chairs in the floor and there was decaffeinated coffee. We left without getting anything. We left feeling like we were being an inconvenience instead of be served. I went back in to let the desk clerk know and they were trying to sleep again. When I explained about the service they apologized and explained they were up all night. I said aren't you being paid to be awake and serve the customers and they said they haven't slept for two days. I apologized and left them know the lack of service will be noted in the review. I will be avoiding Econo Lodges in the future.

Smelled like cigs even though got the non smoking

The control knobs for the heat/ac were broken and removed. Breakfast was limited. Room was clean.

This was a much better facility than the one we stayed in prior. Everything was as described online. Or better. Employees were very polite. Room was clean. Would stay here again.

***AVOID*** Room was was dirty, wreaked of smoke, hvac controls inoperable, garbage on the walkways outside of room doors, obvious signs of longterm hotel "residents". The front desk staff was apologetic and respectful, but no refund. Nonetheless, I checked out immediately and stayed elsewhere.

Lost item left in room could not confirm if it was found and the tv in one room did not work properly they had bread and waffles for breakfast th cream for coffee curled and left clumps in the coffee had to throw it away no hot water for tea machine was broke no telephone was working in either room

Desk person at sign in was great. For breakfast there was no milk for cereal, no lids for coffee cups and coffee was terrible. Needs attention.

This smelly room was so disgusting. Stain(possibly blood) on bed sheet with FLIES on it. Moldy shower, Couldn't sleep because of flies landing on my face. I tried to sleep, but The beds were vibrating from something under the room. I had to attend a memorial and hug people while smelling like the odor from the room that was coming from my clothes. I have photos of it all. I will NEVER stay in an Econo lodge again. A full refund would be in order.

Tv didn't work

I was left without a room, I reserved it, paid for it, when I got to the hotel, I was told that there were no rooms available, they sold out my room 😡

Was ok Needs some maintenance like tvs, microwave

Nasty. Two different rooms and tvs were not working. Broken toilet lid,property needs cleaned up doesn't look its been swept in a few months

Clean and comfortable bed. Breakfast items were out of. Will stay again. Hardee’s and waffle house near by.

Nice hotel off the interstate that was clean.

The stay was very pleasant for one night

Toilet had cracks in it, fridge/microwave dirty. Floor had tears in carpet seat had tears and was dirty. Shower curtain covered in mold, walls were dirty. Ceiling was peeling. Hair on pillow cases. The front desk person was friendly though

I was told that the room I requested was not available so I had to take a different room. To be fair, it was a late night reservation and check in so I did not fuss. I also did not complain that the room smelled like marijuana, there was a tag from something left on the sink and there was nasty wads of toilet paper and dust behind the roll. I was tired but I would never stay here again.

Fine for the price. Had to kill a few flies in the room. In non smoking room smelled strongly of smoke.

chair was worn out, dirty & its back was broken. I wouldn't let my dog sit on it. Attendant refused to replace it. There was a musty smell in beddings due to mold which made my allergies go wild. Again, they refused to change the room. Generally, worn out\broken decor & furniture. The property is in a dire need of renovation
