Prior to booking I called and verified the pool was open an would be available Jan. 3rd & 4th and that guests were welcome to join in the lobby. At arrival, pool was green, an the entire place filthy. I couldn't even see myself in the mirror of my room! Nasty toilet! I arrived very late after a long trip in the car during the resent snow storm. I stayed that night due to exhaustion, but immediately addressed the staff regarding these issues. I was immediately assured I would not be getting a refund and that I'd still have to pay for the 4 th regardless if I stay or not as it was too late to cancel. This place doesn't even get a whole star!

Open windows without screens, paint chipping throughout whole room. Urine stains on bed. Was given new mattress pad cover but was told it was after hours and we’d have to change the bed ourselves. Dusty/dirty floors. Shower was ice cold.

This econo lodge is an econo lodge. If you travel and know the meaning of that i will say the pool was warm enough for my son to have a good time and the rooms were good for the value. The desk man was nice.
Get some juice for kids for breakfast.. maybe put out some banana s... make sure you check it is full instead of empty. So overall meet our expectations for what we needed. Better than other econo lodge s and did the job.

The whole hotel was completely nasty. I didn’t even get to sleep in it. I walked in to check the room out and there was bugs on the wall. The baseboards were falling off. It smelled really bad.

This place is so bad I thought I was on candid camera or something. The place is in shambles, it’s smells like an ashtray, rooms were not clean (used toilet paper behind bathroom door, hair in tub, sticky floors). The elevator only went up so you had to take the stairs down. No parking and noisy all night long. I tried to get a room elsewhere but everything in the area was sold out. So I pushed three and stayed one night. I tried to get a refund but the arrogant Indian fellow basically laughed in my face in an Indian polite way. I really don’t know how this place hasn’t been shut down by the health department. Lesson learned, pictures on the internet may not represent the reality of the situation. I hope this review saves someone from the horrible experience that I had.

Unfortunately I chose this place because it was closest to my girlfriend’s house. However the stay was probably the worst hotel stay I’ve experienced yet. Front counter manager was yelling at all the guests in a very rude manner, went down to request housekeeping services and was told housekeeping had come already. Was showed a log but obviously housekeeping hadn’t come to our room. Trash was still in the bins and towels were still on the floor. When asking for new bedding the front desk manager said “we change the bedding only upon arrival” which upon request should be doable but he insisted he couldn’t because housekeeping had already left. Whole hotel smelled like cigarettes and I just couldn’t catch a break there. I wish I could give the place at least one nice thing to say but I just can’t seem to find a kind word. I’d love to be reimbursed for my stay if I could but I don’t think this is how it works. Anyways my struggle is another persons reason to stay away and that’s why I’m writing this review.

The facility is in poor condition. The manager did not feel comfortable with giving us rooms on the second/third floor due to the elevator in poor working condition. The facility was probably new in the 1970's. He gave us a first floor room with an outside entrance. Which turned out to be a blessing because the fire alarms went off at 2:30 a.m. due to someone smoking in their room under the smoke detectors. We had to exit the room and wait for the firefighters to clear the area before we could return to our rooms. Guests were all patient but it was quite the challenge being jolted awake with the extremely loud fire alarm.
Breakfast was VERY limited. Cereal and a prepackaged danish.
ONLY if this is the last resort would I recommend anyone to stay here.

Pictures did not accurately show property. Could not get clean towels and beds were not made up. Room type was not what I booked. Bath room real small. Air didn't work properly. Room either to hot or too cold. Problems with elevator. Management claim service was to be done but didn't help with our stay. Pictures showed pool and hot tub but hot tub has been removed.
