The ventilation system needs help to filter out stale, smokey air.
Rooms were extremely outdated and offered no working safes (if there was one present).
The shower floors were stained black from previous mold issues.
Our in room air conditioner was very loud and made a sleepless night.

They were redoing the carpet. Removed a bunch of machines. The rooms have not been updated for 8 years. The mattress are less firm. The bathrooms still have clogged sinks and the wood around it is rotted. The TV are from the early 2000's. With all the money they bring in they should upgrade the rooms. And shame on you to charge me 20 dollars to store my medicine in a refrigerator. I will not be staying at your casino till you guys make upgrades. I am a 12 year customer. Many of us are going to stay else where

The hotel is rundown, the room was ok, but the shower floor was dirty. The elevaters were all dirty and noisy. Having stayed at other casino hotels across the country I expected something nicer, more up to date.

The lady at the front desk wasn't courteous due to a name mix up. I had to speak to the manager and that went a little better, but could have gone better than it did.

Since the last time I have stayed at this property it has gone down hill a lot. The first thing is you can feel every spring in the mattress very uncomfortable to sleep one, second I have medication that needs to be refrigerated so called down to housekeeping and they transfer me to the front desk where I was informed that I would be charged 20.00 a day for the refrigerator and I stated I needed it for medication and they still said it would be 20.00 a day I had no choice put to pay the daily fee

a lot of gouges in the walls with missing paint. like they didn’t really care. hair dryer didn’t work unless you tripped the breaker. phone numbers list missing from insert on phone.
