The quality of this location has truly declined since it was Eldorado.
It started at check in with the desk clerk uninterested greeting, no explanation of hotel no direction, just stated the last four numbers on my credit card, i handed her a cc once i realized what she was talking about she then handed me my room key with the room number, no verbalization, nothing to sign.
The room itself served it's purpose, however, no trash can in the bathroom, drawer on nightstand left side of bed would not stay closed, floor lamp wouldn't work, lamp on nightstand light flickering and wouldn't stay on, empty condom wrappers in nightstand drawer (right side). This was a weekend for peace for me so i just informed them of the issues at checkout. The desk clerk at check out was very nice with communication skills.

The property description clearly stated that it was a two room suite. Itvwas not and we and my sister traveling with us didn’t have the privacy that was insinuated since it was a single room. FALSE ADVERTISING!!

Everything was good, except for the fact had no water for the whole night. The hotel seem to be on some type of tight budget. No bed spread, only sheets.

The only restaurant open downstairs, which is right across from the desk absolutely horrible. Had dinner there. I couldn’t eat that the next morning for breakfast. I got spoiled milk, dirty silverware. And decided not to eat the breakfast at all. This has gone downhill considerably I will not stay here again. Only because of the restaurant.

I am used to staying at different hotels and this one was by far the roomiest! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the bathroom had a shower AND a separate tub. It was a relaxing week for sure.

It smells like cigarrete everywhere. The rooms are big including the bathroom so that is definintely a plus.

Rooms are adequate but not great. Bathroom had mold in shower and rust around fixtures. Shower floor is VERY slippery and is a hazard. Staff are good and service was adequate. Facilities need an upgrade.

They did not have valet & apparently haven’t had it for years. Me & my sister & my dog are traveling. My sister is 77 yrs old & I’m 67. I had to drop my sister & all our luggage off, park across the street & drag me & my dog back across. To be honest, if I had known they didn’t have valet, I would not have stayed there. Beds were lumpy & uncomfortable. All employees were super nice & helpful!
