As a solo female traveller, I found Ellis Island Hotel safe, friendly, clean and very walkable to the strip. The restaurant was an added bonus for my wonderful 4 day stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating to my every needs.

The stay at Ellis Island was very comfortable. Unfortunately the site was under construction, as a result I could not give all 5 stars. I would have hoped the hotel would have enforced their no smoking near the front entrance.

We enjoyed time spent at the ellis hotel. We were fortuneate enough to get an ADA room and it had all the necessaries for showering and access for wheelchair. Our door locking ran out of battery and maintenence showed up quickly to help get us back in the room. Most of the staff was very nice and accommodating. Some of the front desk folks seemed annoyed with some request i have asked but still assisted. Only thing that was not so good was the AC unit sounded as if a plane prepping to take off and then took off leaving us with a loud jet sound as it attmepted to cool the room.

Under construction. Hotels.com listed two coffee shops there were none. No lobby area. Bad pillows. Stayed 4 nights and could not get room cleaned. Had to go down several times to get towels and shampoo

This hotel is almost ideal for a family trip to beautiful Las Vegas. The room was clean and fresh (thanks to no smoking policy), hotel's casino was quite affordable, and their BBQ was very good.
I was meeting with my son who participated in a tennis tournament in Las Vegas, and we celebrated his achievement in Renaissance hotel on the Strip. Great cuisine!

Property was close to the strip at a okay price. We stayed on the 3rd floor and somehow There was tons on mini ants everywhere around sink and bathroom area. Very gross and uncomfortable. I told front desk and they did not seem to care whatsoever! Very unprofessional and will not be staying here again.
