We went for the night to let the kids play in pool. The pool was closed. Right when you walked in theywo closest bathrooms and water fountain were out of order. One elevator wasnt working. The room was stifling hot and the temperature couldnt be adjusted and shower was luke warm. We normally love embassy suites but this was disappointing. We wished we had stayed home and just drove up for the aquarium.

Great place for families! Kids love the pool however it was over chlorinated!

Despite the inclement weather, the temperature in all parts of the facility were kept comfortable.

We loved that our King room was a corner room, off the main square of floor.

I fell in the lobby on a way floor maintenance was mopping no one even asked if I was okay! The elevators were stopping on every floor no matter what floor you selected. It went all the way to 10 floor by floor and then back down. I was disappointed because normally Embassy Suites is one of our go to hotels!

Had everything I was looking for during my stay. Room was nice, clean, and spacious.

I love all the amenities especially the jacuzzi! Spent a night just for a local getaway. We had a great time! Breakfast buffet was delicious and on top of that the personalized omelettes are a huge addition to the breakfast buffet. Overall great stay!!

Overall stay was very good and thought the continental breakfast was also very good. Only negative and a big one was I was quoted a rate of $135/night and it ended up being $182/night with fees and the $20/night parking garage fee which wasn't mentioned in the add.

Staff did not give good directions on how to enter the hotel after parking our vehicle so we walked around about 15 mins with a five year old in 41 degree weather trying to locate and entrance for the hotel. I also requested that my room be cleaned while me and my family celebrated my grandsons Birthday at Legoland. My family and I were gone for over 8 hrs just to come back to my room to finish celebrating my grandsons Birthday with a custom made cake for him in a dirty room. Nothing was dine trash wasn’t emptied and I had no towels. I called and spoke with a staff member who ensured me someone would be bringing me towels and emptying my trash . After calling three time and speaking to someone named Brittany at the service desk three bourse later I received my towels by that time it was around 19 and I was too tired to shower. While explaining to Brittany my frustration of my room not being cleaned she tried to insinuate that i may have had a do not disturb sign on my door which I did not. Drove over four hours to stay here just to disappointed with the service . Hopefully no one else quill have to endure an experience like this .

The staff are outstanding and the property is immaculate, loved staying here.

The property from an external view looks amazing. However, our bathroom and bedding was totalling unacceptable. The sheets had dried blood stains, the tub had rust stains, the floor and counter in the bathroom has small roaches or someother insects crawling around after the lights went off. The customer sevice was a zero as well. We asked for the bedding to be removed and beds to be made up prior to the other issues during early evening, then went out for dinner. We walked into the room and the fresh bed sheets were simply placed on the counter for us to change out. I/we have stayed at previously at Embassy Suites around the USA and this is the worst experience we had at any other location and any other hotel. Warning check out your room for cleaniliness prior to settling in!!!
