Stayed and attended my cousin wedding. It was great not having to leave the hotel

The room is excellent in all respects. However, the TV controller was missing. Excellent service recovery by your friendly front desk staff. She had a spare controller at her work station.

The employees were absolutely amazing! Many families there as well. My only concern about the hotel, was the lingering smell of marijuana throughout our hall way.

Beautiful hotel, very luxurious and extremely convenient with the conference news and restaurant on site. Free parking is available and staff is phenomenal.

It was a wonderful day. I’ve stated Embassy suites and numerous states that I’ve traveled to and they all are fantastic. Me and my family just love them, but however, this particular embassy suites I didn’t care for the bedding very much. I thought the bed and the bed cover was too Soft. I love the reception. I love the breakfast. Everything else was fantastic.

Was in town for Christmas visiting family. Stayed two nights in a lovely suzed suite. Very comfortable beds and nice linens. Staff very nice. Good breakfast included. Easy parking.

When we reached that property they couldn’t see our Expedia reservation and charged us again for the entire stay $1289 I want a refund of $1289

Housekeeping service was terrible. Stayed 4 days and no one cleaned our room. Grabbed our clean towels off carts. No coffee cups in the room. We emptied our own garbage.

Staff was very friendly and worked hard to accommodate us. Facility was fantastic. Complimentary breakfast with omelet station was awesome.

At the outset,I would like to note that this facility appears to be very modern, indicating that it has been recently built or renovated. While my room was compact, it was clean and offered excellent WiFi. Regrettably, I was forced to give a low rating due to the inadequate customer service. The staff displayed a dismissive and rude demeanor, refusing to provide me with a bottle of water as a courtesy simply because I am not a Hilton Honors member. Moreover, housekeeping neglected to knock before entering my room, despite the presence of the "do not disturb" sign. I must express my appreciation for Shay's exemplary service and kindness. As customer service is a top priority for me, I will not be staying at this hotel again.

Our first interaction was with front desk check-in, woman was a bit rude and had an attitude.

I stayed here before about 3 years ago. Things seemed to have gone down hill although price did not! Breakfast even went downhill.

It was amazing very clean the staff were always helpful it has a great restaurant inside and the pool was warm 10/10 5 stars

Everything perfect
