I sskdd multiple times for extra blankets for hours and recived none. There was waste behind the toilet and pubes in the tub. And our neighbors were veey noisey untill 11pm

Booked thru Expedia and final price said all fees and taxes were included. We were shocked to have an additional parking fee added on by a 3rd party. Also, trying to sign up to the website to pay the parking was extremely difficult. Expedia should be told that there are parking fees.
Food was not that good. Embassy Suites used to be much better.
Someone played loud music until 10:00 PM. I don't know if it was coming from another room, or if there was some event at the hotel.

Always enjoy my stay at the Embassy Suites in Greensboro. The staff is always friendly. Rooms are clean, breakfast is great! All around great place to stay. It's convenient to the Greensboro Coliseum, where I attend my annual tradeshow. 5 stars!

The heat wasn't working in my room, so they gave me another room. It was then I realized that the thermostat was fixed so it would not go above a certain temperature. It was very, very cold.

Everything was great I love this hotel. The rooms are dated with old carpet. However, they are very clean and comfortable.
The front desk could work on their hospitality both checking in and out. The restaurant staff in evening and the morning were great.
