got sick from the Hamburger at the hotel restaurant 1st night ruined the whole trip. got lock out of the room battery died key wouldn't work. girl at front desk was not to helpful.. had to make 2 trips to the front desk before it was fixed and we got back in the room

The family & I stay here whenever we visit I love how clean it is & the hot breakfast only thing that bothers me was the evaluater takes forever to come

Nice property. Check in was easy, room was large and clean.

A comfortable stay and close and convenient to hospital for visiting.

Microwaves are at toddler level and caused a lot of problems.

Overall I love Embassy Suites. The evening reception and breakfast were perfect. The pool was a fun time. The only negative for me is the layout of the building. The second room in the suite has windows (frosted and with blinds) but the kids found it distracting and a little frightening to be able to see shadows out the window. Eliminated being able to use the pull out for sleeping.

The temperature in the room and the hotel itself was extremely warm. You could not adjust the thermostat in the room and the hotel had a sign that said open your windows if you were hot. The entire hotel was like a earn sauna. Other: The staff was not welcoming at all. There was no customer service focus whatsoever and I think they are missing that piece that serves to provide a customer experience that would most likely make the customer want to book their next stay at the hotel.

I enjoyed my stay I definitely will come back again breakfast was great customer service was great and my room was excellent cannot complain I felt comfortable and safe and definitely will come back again

Has gone down hill over the years, needs some maintenance!

When I checked in they gave me a dirty room. Then they moved me and the people next door were up all night banging on the walls, running in and out of the room, screaming and yelling. I called security twice and they still didn’t stop until around 2am in the morning.

Everything was nice I enjoyed my stay the food was okay it was relaxing there it was close to a lot of things for us to do the only bad thing was my pillow I didn't like the pillow there.

From the start, I spoke with someone at the front desk to adjust my reservation (prior to arrival) and they were rude and unhelpful. When I arrived the employee (Shauntee I believe) at the front desk MORE than made up for the previous worker’s attitude; she had excellent customer. She was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was great. Housekeeping was awful. Our garbage cans had likely not be cleaned in many change overs, there were socks and an earring in the pullout couch. The sheets had obvious stains, one pillow case appeared to have blood on it. There were chocolate chips scattered throughout the room. There was no conditioner left in the bathroom (wall pumps). Common areas were nice, and I never encountered an unkind employee face-to-face.

Great stay, however the whole hotel was hot. Luckily each room has a balcony so we had that door open a lot to let in fresh air. Breakfast was AMAZING!

it was the worst night sleep that I’ve ever had in a hotel. The bed was hard and uncomfortable. Overall, the room was nice and the hotel is nice, but none of that matters if you can’t get a good nights sleep.
