Good location for us. Had a nice happy hour every day and pretty good breakfast. Hotel staff very nice and helpful

The handicap accessible rooms here are as far away from the elevators as you can get. That made things really difficult for us with my husband's disability so we had to book a different hotel. Staff were very friendly and tried to help but this was an issue that they obviously couldn't fix. Also, don't stay here if you have a fear of heights. the interior hallways are all open to the center of the building.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. I will likely never stay at at an Embassy suites again. We paid for two nights and only stayed one because it was such a terrible experience. When I talk d to the front desk, the gentleman I spoke to literally could care less. Our neighbors kept me and my kids up all night when we were here for a football tournament, we had no hot water in the morning to shower and breakfast wasn’t served when it was supposed to be so we had to stop at Starbucks and get food.

I enjoyed my quiet stay at Embassy. The breakfast buffet was satisfying.

Would recommend and stay again

This older hotel is clean and nicely decorated. Rooms are large and bed is comfortable. Showers are big and modern. Excellent dining options within the hotel. Located close to St Joseph’s hospital and medical center. Large parking garage that is a little confusing. You do have to pay for parking with your room if you have a vehicle to park. Only stayed one short night so did not use pool or other services. Overall would stay here again.

The hotel was clean and nice! Check in was easy and smooth. But my issue was the front desk employees they were not very nice. Upon check in he pretty much took the info he needed from me and said "breakfast is over there from 7:30-10am, parking is over there, and pool is open from 6-10pm." Gave me the room key and parking ticket to get into garage. He didn't tell me the room number or how to go about parking. I asked him the room number and it was a good thing I did. Because what was written down looked like a 9 but it was a 5. After a few attempts because we were confused we figured out parking and where to go and how to use the parking pass. When i checked out the lady upfront was talking to the other employee and kind of looked annoyed that I walked up. I told her that i was checking out and tried to give her the room keys (I didnt know there was a box that we could put them in.) She looked at me and pointed to the box and said "You put them in there." I could tell she was annoyed because I didnt know. Breakfast was the same thing the past 2 days and honestly it could use some work. But we enjoyed our stay.

Nice property

I like almost everything about this property. However, there is no free parking, it will cost you $28/day to park in the conveniently adjacent parking garage. All in all I would say I had a decent stay.

I have stayed at this property numerous times and the service is excellent and the personnel exceptional. Breakfast is excellent.

We stayed 4 nights, 2 at the beginning of our trip and 2 at the end! Very nice staff, good facilities, clean!

The hotel is beautiful. It is conveniently located 10 mins from the Phoenix Airport. The room was spacious, very clean and perfect for myself and husband. Will def come here again.
