Perfect location for our purposes. Staff were excellent and went above and beyond our expectations.

Busy street next to hotel cars honking all the time. Other then that everything was great. Great food options and the happy hour was fun.

Staff was great and room was awesome.

Very clean. Suite was a decent size. Good for families. Parking was free, which was a nice perk. Housekeeping staff was friendly. Highly recommend

Breakfast serving staff were very unkind. Very limited food for Saturday which was different from Friday. Very less selection for busy days. NO towels at all in the pool area. Someone said to send some when I call to service but never happened

Nice stay, would revisit and recommend to others. Metro station so close by is a big plus!

Great staff and good experience

Friendly, supportive staff. Some areas of the hotel are due for an upgrade as they're looking well-worn/aged. The signs in and around the hotel's elevators are in need of an upgrade, as well. We had to work through a bit of confusion to get around the building a few times, and improved signage would have helped a lot.

Enjoyable, quiet experience. However, while the room was a nice size, the rooms need to be updated. Especially the low toilets and slow running water in toilet.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was great. The hotel is older but ok. The breakfast buffet was wonderful. They also have a happy hour and every guest gets 2 free drinks per day. And free internet. The closeness to the metro was great too.

Location is great. Breakfast and housekeeping staff very friendly and competent. Front desk staff surly. Need customer service training. Metro to downtown convenient.

The hotel was loud - both in the hall and outside. We had to call down to have security come up and find who was running in the halls (which they seemed to have done!)

Hello, I am a formerly, long time DC resident, now relocated to be near grandchildren. On my last trip back, was sick the first 2 days and so spent all my time in my hotel suite. It was very comfortable and Uber Eats, very convenient. There is no food ( except Breakfast) offered at the hotel, no concession machines for snacks either. But there was nothing I could not get from Uber Eats or Amazon Fresh. The staff was very friendly. I am well aware of the hotel location. It’s extremely convenient to DC Chevy Chase, Friendship Heights, including Amazon Fresh, restaurants and emergency clinic. If you take Metro, the stop is right across the street. What I noticed, this time around, was increased security around the perimeter of the hotel. That was reassuring since crime in DC is up. And there are always staff members walking around inside. I plan to make it my choice whenever I go back. Perfect for a writer ( which I am) for appointments and visiting with friends. I do hope more stores come into the hotel space. I miss that from the old Embassy Suites.

The hotel is on the metro line which was very convenient. We appreciated the friendly staff, reliable service, and overall quality. The room was clean and well kept but needed some updating. The mirror in the bathroom was functional but had seen better days. The surface on the bottom of the tub had some areas where the finish had cracked or peeled off. All in all, we enjoyed our stay but would suggest they do some cosmetic work. The hotel also did not have a gift shop or anywhere for us to get convenience items past 8pm, which would have been appreciated.

I wish the gym had been updated in the last 30 years, and the bathroom shower kept filling up with water, broken mirror... Everything looked a bit tired. But the location is great and the staff was nice.

Bathroom floor not clean. No glassware in room. For price paid expected at least some bottled water. $30 a day to park.
