Embassy Suites by Hilton Winston Salem

This place is awesome! I've stayed here many times and never had an issue and when things were needed (extra sheets/towels), they were promptly given. If you're sensitive to noise while you sleep, i suggest not getting a room with a street view. The sirens are insanely loud. Doesn't bother me once im asleep, but i know some are sensitive to that kind of thing. Besides, the inside rooms overlook the huge open center area of the hotel, which is kinda cool.

Great space. Additional cups and/or glass instead of foam coffee cups would have been nice as well as better lighting in the bathroom, but overall a wonderful experience. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast buffet was top notch! Would totally come back!

I was double charged and I am having a hard time getting in touch with someone at the hotel to talk to personally.

This is my 4th year coming here and was very disappointed! The reception has been shortened and the snacks were very scimpy compared to past years. The kitchen was having problems so could not order any food. Then the heat in the bedroom was not working, so had to move to another room. Still think you could get reimbursed for the $25 parking fee for the price you pay for the room. This may be my last stay here.

This property is right next to the fire station. When the trucks go by at 5 am sirens blaring it is a wake up call for free. I had cockroach in my room. It was crawling on me while i fell asleep. I captured it and showed to the front desk as i was checking out.nothing has been done yet.

There was an open box of soap with pubic hair on it in the shower. I prepaid for the room but my card was charged again at check in. No manager could be located to correct the charge. Front desk didn’t know the manager’s last name for me to call back. No verification of refund given.

Overall, it was good. Rooms were old and outdated but clean enough. Breakfast was subpar. The meat was hidden behind the bar. Found hair in my food. Breakfast is usually my favorite part of staying at Embassy Suites. Hotel definitely needs to be updated asap for the price they charge. Excellent location! Lots of places to eat within walking distance.

this property was partially renovated although not told on front end. No baseboards, holes in walls, dirty carpet...freezing cold in lobby and bar area...told could not turn heat on

We booked two rooms for our team this past weekend. We had originally booked for 2 nights, but called the hotel to extend our 2 rooms to 3 nights over a month ago. I called to confirm our reservation a couple days in advance. When we arrived, they claimed we only had 1 room for 3 nights and were sold out of all other rooms. I think it was a miscommunication between Hotels.com and the Hotel, however even with the reservation on our email, they offered no help at the hotel. So all 4 single adults had to stay in 1 room and share beds. This embassy suites is tired and run down. There was mold on our walls and all the baseboards were falling off. We will stay somewhere else next time we are in town.

The hotel was beautiful. I had called ahead and specifically asked if they had pet free rooms and was told it was the upper 2 floors. They put me in a room at the end of a hall on the 3rd floor. I could smell pets on the way to my room, but,the room was good.

Very comfortable room. Great service.

No one made bed AC couldn’t be shut off

Hotel has a weird smell and the room wasn’t very clean. Blood stain on the pull out couch was an immediate “ get me out of here” feeling.

The room was clean and very comfortable. Everyone with the staff was friends and quick to offer assistance for anything. Beyond thier control is the parking deck information. I wish there was info about this on the Hotels.com site.

I had an amazing stay. I stayed there a couple of years ago, and it was not the best. The hotel and its staff have done a 360. It was an amazing stay with excellent customer service and professionalism by the staff. I'm looking forward to my next visit.

Convenient location but ripped curtains, ac and fridge not working, dirty elevators. Maintenance man was very nice. Tried to fix the air conditioner at 11 o’clock at night.. Dirty outdoor entrances.
