The bedding sheets and towels are really dirty. There was dirt on the sheets and long black hair on 3 towels I opened!! A really big bug crawled across the wall….

Gas heater wasn’t working. The room was cold and blanket was thin. We had to wear outer wear to sleep.

The staff was wonderful. Love the family cabin. Someone trying to get in at night… I’m assuming was a bear… was a little alarming . Other than that I had a relaxing , quiet, peaceful stay at Emerald Bay Lodge!!! Will definitely stay again. Thank you for making my vacation great!

Decent stay.

No AC No Screens on windows. Hot water takes over 5 mins to get and water presser poor. Bed mattress lumpy and soft.

Rooms are really nice front desk reception very friendly and helpful would definitely boom again

Nice place overall. No ice machine and the pool has no water. Shower is beyond tiny and has a not stating to run it for a while as it takes time to get hot. After 20 minutes it was still only room temp. and could not be adjusted.

Paper thin sheets, no extra blankets, heater didn’t work.

1. Shower is very poor, small and inconvenient 2. Reception was not available morning and late evening, and could not reach on the phone

The room look dirty . The wall paints look dirty and plus floor was broken stuff .

Room is big and nice specially the bath room. But the floor was very dirty and the bed is not comfortable. It’s wasn’t steady and shaking when you move.

The mattress has broken springs, the door was already unlocked when we arrived. The heater was broken and the room smaller than advertised. The staff who checked us in was grumpy. I can go on and on

The price was good. Room was nice

Old squeaky bed, crappy sheets, pillows and towels. You get what you pay for so there is no point in going on.

The worst place I’ve stayed on a vacation ever!!! No housekeeping, the room is too small, I can ever hear the people next door talking and snoring at midnight. They didn’t change linens, the bulbs are not working, the electric fan was too noisy to use, if you are tall and big you won’t fit it the shower. Terrible terrible place!!!!

I didn’t expect much going into it as I knew it was a lower rate, but it was probably the worst room we have stayed in. Our non-smoking room smelt so heavily of smoke and some sort of fragrance spray they had tried to use to cover the smell. All of our allergies were out of control the entire weekend when we were in the room because of that so we were miserable. There were spiders in every corner of the room, including the shower. The shower needed a good scrubbing as you could see mildew build up on corners, no ac in the room and all the screens were either broken or there weren’t one. No counter spaces. Luckily we had no plans to use the pool as it was empty with only about a foot of black water left in it. During check in no one was there and was advised to lift the tissue box and to grab a certain card # but all the other cards also under the tissue box displayed room #s and the codes to enter those rooms so not the most safe way to go about. Would not recommend to anyone.

We really liked the family cabin. It had it's own entrance which was nice. You could tell it was an old building but had a modern day vibe. There's a burger place right next door in case you get hungry.
