I recently stayed at Encantada Resort Vacation Townhomes by IDILIQ in Four Corners, Florida, from December 23 to January 2, and it was absolutely fantastic! The resort provided the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. The townhome was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed to feel at home. The fully equipped kitchen made it easy to prepare meals, and the private patio with a hot tub was an incredible touch for unwinding after a day of exploring. The resort itself is beautifully landscaped and peaceful, with excellent facilities like the heated pools, clubhouse, and walking trails around the lake. The staff were friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any requests, making our stay even more enjoyable. Encantada's location is another big plus—just a short drive from Disney World, Universal Studios, and plenty of dining and shopping options. It’s an ideal base for families and groups looking to experience the best of Orlando. Overall, Encantada Resort exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend it to anyone planning a visit to the area, whether for a holiday retreat or a fun-filled adventure. We'll definitely be back!

Property was very unkept. Needs a total renovation! The property was also right next to a trash can compactor and kept us up all night. We booked a house with a pool but it was all open next to the community trash disposal and everyone could view us in pool. House was dirty and very old and damaged .

Cozinha precisa de mais acessórios, falta muita coisa para preparar uma refeição. Falta uma churrasqueira na casa. As camas são extremamente moles e barulhentas, precisam de substituição. No mais, o local agradou bastante. Casa limpa, piso frio em toda a casa, quartos amplos e condomínio muito gostoso.

Encantada condominium - We stayed at Bird of Paradise st -will need a car to access the facilities - is a drive away to the main building ( pool, gym etc ) but very good for families staying in Orlando that are not planing to spend the whole day out going to parks - beautiful property and house well kept - kitchen fully equipped- love the fact we had showers- specially with elderly parents A few points: - would be helpful to have a hair dryer - main bedroom- double bed: suggest to replace the spring mattress - very noisy and uncomfortable - the concierge at the front desk ( blond lady ) that look after the residents is fantastic and great asset to your company.

The amenities were really pretty, but the house was unclean, the pool was dirty to the point we couldn’t even use it and it was warm only for the first day, the air conditioner was broken - we called them to fix it and they did, but the house was still crazy hot. The house had mould and in the main bedroom upstairs there were things other guests left behind under the bed. Even a vaper among other things. The house would be amazing if it weren’t for the uncleanliness and the air conditioning issues. Location wise it’s pretty good.

We were disappointed with the cleanliness of the interior of property. The roof of the lanai was ripped in many places so no protection from insects, squirrels and other small animals. The pool had not been cleaned. The beds were really old and noisy. They need to be replaced.

The property was awesome. However, they needed to be cleaned with the house( floors and bathroom), and the towels were not in good cleaning condition. I suggested that other visitors bring their towels or Clorox with soap to wash the towels since the property has washers and dryers. Another suggestion for the property renters, place sufficient bathroom paper or suggested to bring it.

We reserved a three bedroom with the pool. The carpets were dirty. There were water stains on the wall the furniture and food stains on it and the pool was filled with leaves and the water was brown. We complain to the management and they showed us a second room, which to their credit looked cleaner, but smelled like weed. Thus we then forced to find different accommodations. It took them over a week to get the money refunded back to us after we spent several hours on the phone with them, trying to get them to take care of this. They refused to talk to Expedia to get our money back and overall staying there was supposed to financial and Personal inconvenience.

Where to start. First the pool heater didnt work. The pool had green algie in it. The king bed didnt fit the frame was hanging off amf felt like it was going to break. Outaide chairs broken. Curtian falling and loose. Stair rail loose. I could go on but thia place isnt worth my time

Our experience as a family of five was terrible. The resort was very dirty, and therefore I do not recommend it. The guest bathroom and the kitchen had small cockroaches, and the cabinets were greasy. The kitchen was not fully equipped. We found ants in the beds, bedrooms, and stairs. The porch of the house was very dirty. The pool area was not as described, it did not have a barbecue, and the pool was dirty; we found remnants of personal items. The smell of the pool chemicals was very strong, which is concerning when you have children. To conclude, although the house was very spacious and the staff was very friendly, the place as a whole was very unpleasant. I do not recommend it and would not return. Notre expérience en tant que famille de cinq personnes a été terrible. Le complexe était très sale, c’est pourquoi je ne le recommande pas. La salle de bain des invités et la cuisine avaient des petites cafards, et les armoires étaient grasses. La cuisine n’était pas entièrement équipée. Nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans les lits, les chambres et les escaliers. Le porche de la maison était très sale. L’espace piscine n’était pas comme décrit, il n’y avait pas de barbecue, et la piscine était sale ; nous avons trouvé des objets personnels laissés par d’autres personnes. L’odeur des produits chimiques de la piscine était très forte, ce qui est inquiétant avec des enfants. Pour conclure, Je ne le recommande pas et je n’y retournerais pas.

This rental is ideal if you’re planning a trip to Disney, with its convenient location near Disney Springs, theme parks, and plenty of shopping. However, there were several drawbacks. The community gate was broken upon arrival, remaining open all weekend, which made the security guard feel redundant. I specifically chose this rental for the hot tub, but it was disappointing to find that only half the jets were working. While the outdoor area is screened in, there were spider webs and flies, which undermined its purpose. Additionally, the sliding glass door didn’t lock, which felt unsafe, especially for a solo traveler. The beds and pillows were firm and springy—nothing special. There were also minor issues like a damaged couch and dining table, scuffed walls, and general wear and tear. Overall, my stay was decent since I spent most of my time outside the unit, but the property needs updates if they plan to maintain their current rates. It felt overpriced for the condition of the unit. Also, be wary of hidden fees—read the fine print. Although I paid in advance, I was charged additional fees for a deposit and resort fees upon arrival. In summary, the location is great, but the unit itself needs improvement.

I was given the wrong room. The pool was filthy dirty with algae in it. Took 2 days to get it cleaned. Kitchen was dirty. Beds were uncomfortable. Still waiting on the manager to call me back. Absolutely horrible.

I stayed at Encantada for 1 week, it was a girls trip with myself and my two friends, and I have nothing but great things to say about this place. As we drove up, I loved that it was a gated community and you had to punch in a code to go in, so immediately I felt safe. The front desk was excellent. We were greeted warmly and even though we arrived a little early and the room wasn’t ready, within 15 mins it was all ready for us. We had house 8536 Bay Lilly Loop (4 Bedroom Townhouse) we opted on the 4 bedrooms because it had a bigger pool. Upon walking in it smelled amazing as if it were just cleaned. The entire house was super clean and with all the extras that were needed for our stay. The beds were a little hard but bearable. The water pressure could have been a little better but other than that our stay was awesome! The private pool we absolutely loved and took advantage of every chance we could. We also visited the communal pool which we also loved. I was initially a little scared of what I was going to find because of the mixed reviews on here about this place, however the place exceeded all of my expectations and my friends and I were immediately at ease. I Will definitely be coming back and will be recommending it to others. It was near everything including the premium outlets. Thank you so much Encantada for making our stay a great one!

This was a nice townhome and accomodated my family very well. The only issues were that this property was advertised as having a barbecue grill but didnt. When I inquired with the front desk, they told me this is something they dont provide. Also, the master bedroom toilet didnt work and we had trouble with the upstairs toilet as well. Luckily, the downstairs bathroom was good. Other than that, this was a nice little townhouse. We liked the linai and the hot tub!
