I thought for the price this hotel is awesome. Amenities aren’t the best, but overall very clean and comfortable place to stay a few days.

Even was incredibly clean. The staff were polite, helpful and efficient. Location was close to Grand Central and 20 minutes walking distance to Times Square. Would definitely stay here again

Everything was great and clean. Didn’t like that you could still see in the bathroom even with the door closed. Beds and pillows were a little uncomfortable but it was fine for one night.

There was a minor issue with one of the Front Desk Attendants, but I chose not to let it affect my experience and brushed it off. However, it’s important to emphasize that customers with disabilities and from diverse racial backgrounds are people who deserve the same respect and attention as everyone else. Please don’t overlook us or treat us as though we are invisible. Excellent customer service means ensuring all guests feel valued and respected.

Horrible stay. Checked into this property on 12/22 stayed two nights, tired exhausted from traveling . The hotel decided to test the fire alarm at 9:45am for an hour for two days straight. I have no idea why they would test alarms during a busy holiday season?? Highly dissatisfied with EVEN & IHG shame on you . Never coming back, look elsewhere!

Let down was breakfast service - long waits, tables weren’t cleaned, misplaced order, served burnt food, some of the staff was rude.
