Very clean upon entering lobby. Friendly staff. Rooms did not have attention put towards remodeling like the lobby & exterior of hotel.

Definitely not worth the price point we paid. The rooms are run down and had a weird smell. Mattress was horrible. The faucet in bathroom was very loose and the sink got clogged when running water in it. Then slowly drained. For what they charge for a room the “complimentary breakfast” was nothing more than some packaged eggs, packaged muffins and cheap granola bars. Coffee was bitter and even the hot water for tea tasted like sewer water. Very disappointed!

Staff was professional Breakfast items were on the skippy side. Fresh fruit would of been nice A homeless women was in lobby and used hall facilities. Im sure because it was cold. But she should of been given a room near the desk. To have kept her away from the paying guest

Main area looks good. Room and hallways very tired looking. Breakfast was not good. Ran out of coffee in morning and not available. No tea after grab & go closed. No cups to heat up water in microwave. Room size good.

My stay was fine. Employees were polite and helpful. The room was clean but the bed was very hard. The love seat had different cushions on it that did not match and was fairly old. Other than that, I felt very safe there an easy access to get to.

Very clean excellent service

We DID NOT STAY due to the room having Roaches in it!! The receptionist refused to give me a refund and she didn’t have any other rooms available—I made reservations through Expedia for 2 nights. I returned the keys within 5 minutes of entering the room! The pictures online are NOTHING like what the rooms actually look like. When we first walked into the room I told my son not to sit on anything-that’s how disgusting it looked. Fortunately I needed to throw something in the garbage which is inside of the base cabinets and that’s where I noticed 5-6 Roaches!! I stayed long enough to take (2) pictures and told my son to get his bag because we were NOT SLEEPING WITH BUGS. We showed the pictures to the Receptionist and requested our refund and she said I would be charged for the first night!! I said I kept up my end of the agreement by paying for my room in full! The hotel DID NOT keep their end of the agreement by providing a clean place to Sleep!! ROACHES are disgusting and preventative with good housekeeping and maintenance!

The light on the back pool area was not working. The back parking lot was very dark. Not safe to leave the cars overnight.

The beds are to small , the cleaning around the hotel poor .. the on the go breakfast no good

My family and I enjoyed our stay in your clean family friendly property!!! Staff was wonderful and we all appreciated grab and go breakfast!!!

I was traveling alone. Didn’t check in till almost 10pm. Could have been coincidence but made me very uncomfortable … there was a man sitting in lobby directly behind where check in located Distance was close enough he able hear check in process I even have false phone number due to feeling uneasy. Maybe he was waiting on someone but again it was 10pm. That’s what then set tone for visit. Room seemed clean but bed skirt was ripped , window cornice with water stains, and sofa cushions looked like falling apart / sofa arms cracked and split Bathroom did look clean. The BED was probably worse hotel bed I’ve ever slept on. Literally thought I sat down on a cardboard bed. Hardest mattress ever. Sheets looked clean but felt very rough. Slept with clothes on because entire bed overall just gave me the “ ick “.

Would not recommend. You get what you pay for.

Our room was dirty. Dog hair all over the place which is pretty nasty. Definitely can tell it hadn't been vacuumed. The shower nice and it looked pretty clean overall.
